Poor management

The location was excellent. Walking distance from other great locations.

The breakfast was less than par. Most days no breakfast meat. The few days I ate there my only option was eggs and toast. After eating hear twice I decided to go with another place away from Hamton.

The room was fine - no frills but neat and clean. The location was close to my friends' hotel and a short Uber ride to the Walled City. The rooftop pool was nice.

There was an overwhelming scent of mold in the room. I believe it was caused by a lack of a fan in the bathrooom.

Breakfast was great and the staff very friendly

I did not know that I¿m not allowed to have friends come by to see me had to pay an extra $30

The best part about this hotel is by far the staff. They were very friendly and a major help. Being an English speaker, in a Spanish speaking country, the staff, especially a night worker made a big effort to accommodate me.

The sound proofing in the rooms is not very good and I would frequently hear guests in the hall way and next rooms over. I am sure many people heard my girlfriend and I in our room as well.

security, you need the room key to access floors from the elevators,the staff is very friendly and making sure you are comfortable.

Not enough towels at pool side !! Had to go to my room for towel !

Very clean ! Breakfast was fresh and delicious every morning the pool is very clean and relaxing the room is beautiful and comfortable.

It would be good to add better selections of bread.A fan in each room would be good as the clothes and bating suites remain damp after hanging them on the bathroom clothes/towel rack.

Location was good, staff were nice and the breakfast was really delicious, coffee and breakfast options were really good.

We were a group of 6 people, they initially put us in 2 rooms in the same floor (as expected), however, one room was not ready for the check in (it wasn’t clean), so they put us in separate floors. We asked to please change the rooms, the lady at front desk told us that may be the next day could be possible, but that did not happen. On Saturday we asked to clean one room, but they did not do it, we had to call again to at least bring us new towels.

Overall 8 out of 10. Staff is nice and the location is very convenient. Overall good.

Please make sure the towels are washed well with bleach, Please start using bleach when cleaning towels. They all have bad smells. And no washcloths. No good.

Not much

Rooms very basic not even had a box of tissues neither Wash clothes or hair softener. All these is basic in a hotelRoom. Food was terrible, the toaster was broken and we didn’t have toasters for 4 days
