Pros +
- The hotel offered five star service despite it being a smaller quaint humble hotel. Attention to detail was impressive from opening the door for me to enter and exit the building to guiding me to my table for breakfast. It was very clean
- the staff was absolutely wonderful. Hotel employee is a great asset that helps you in any possible way, but hotel employee and others are extremely helpful as well. Location is very convenient, close to San Felipe and away from the noise.Terrace on the roof is fantastic!
- Excellent staff !
Cons -
- I think it¿s obvious that it is a small boutique hotel. As long as you know that it will exceed your expectations for what you are paying. So no there wasn¿t anything I didn¿t like
