location is excelent, beds really confortable, nice pool and restaurants. The satff was really kind and very attentive. We really enjoyed our time there and will be back.

Location is great. But google maps show the wrong spot on the map and hard to be find by taxi drivers. Should be update it.

The hotel has a very high humidity, and they freeze the rooms before you get into it. We got sick coming from the very hot weather to the freezing room.

Location, Breakfast at hotel and great restaurant in the lobby. Able to walk around the area, lots to do and see and shopping was a plus.

I wish the bathroom was enclosed especially if you are in a group.

The location was great. Comfy beds.

Our room wasn’t ready at the check in time. We didn’t receive a welcome drink as our friends did who checked in on the same day. Our room was on the lower ground and there was a damp smell. There was cake leftover in the fridge from the previous guests.

Staff left me piece of cake for my birthday and that was so nice ? Restaurant was very modern and nice

The hotel has a nice pool and conveniently located near some good places to eat inside the old walled city.

The room size was nice but, it was expensive for what it was and we were stuck in a basement room, which had an underlying smell of damp. When it rained, the water came in under the door.

The bathroom could have a more suitable door, which would preserve privacy. And the prices of drinks at the pool bar are very expensive, even more expensive than superior hotels.

- Good location, a few minutes from the center of action- nice big room, very dark, but it's a plus for me- friendly room service (but not reception)

I booked this room a bit more of the center to have a quiet sleep, but there were 3 or more nest of birds in the inner couryard, right outside my window (and many other rooms had windows to the courtyard. The birds were singing all night, it was terrible. Earplugs or airpods did not really help. Could not sleep.- No breakfast inlcuded (paid 1000 Eur for New year night), seriously can't provide breakfaast- I was sent to different location than originally indicated, not too far, bu like a block or two away. So extra facilities like pool, etc were in different location- No elevator.

Open bathroom was very uncomfortable. Did not like this layout. No ac in the reception area. Was very very hot and we were sweating. Breakfast was very average

The staff was amazing and accommodating. There was a power issue in the city and they provided us with another room until the issue was resolved, upon check in and a complimentary 30 massage.

The separation of the buildings were a little weird. The suites are in a different building than the main hotel. The staff will bring you what you need but everything is in the main building, which is a 2 min walk away.

Very nice and helpful staff, from the manager to restaurant employees to the lady who took care of my room.

They should put more attention in keeping the balcony clean.Also, in times of water shortages in the country, they should implement faster hot water in the showers to avoid waste.

Well located in Old Town Cartagena (note Google currently has it located in the wrong place- the lobby is to the left of Uma Cantina Peruana).The staff were all polite, helpful and spoke good English. They gave me both and early check in and late check out.The rooms were clean and well thought out. Mine was on the small side (based on the emergency map smaller than other rooms) but still very functional. 2 luggage racks, laundry line in the shower, stocked mini fridge. Good air conditioning and water pressure in the shower.I really enjoyed the roof deck which had lots of seats and also a restaurant and bar.

Felt so pampered here. Perfect location, even though it’s a Hilton property it has a boutique hotel feel. The rooms are immaculate, bathroom shower was best on our trip where we stayed in Marriott and Hiltons. Breakfast was delicious. What stands out is the hospitality - their service was top notch. Freddy and Maria were ever so helpful: I booked on booking.con and the communication was very prompt! It was our anniversary and they even arranged for cake and cookies for us!

Very nice and clean building, comfi, modern, excellent location, good service.

Parking was far. The hotel should provide the info and a taxi service paid by the guest of course, to bring you back to the hotel. It was late, oldest ladies, and the walking was uncomfortable.

Close to lots of restaurants and bars. On a busy road so good for solo travellers. Nice roof top bar.

Need some slippers in the room. The floors are tiled and can be cold.
