Good value for money. The pictures really describe the hotel

Breakfast is on menu basis no buffet, which it took an hour for the waitress to bring the order every day.

Very friendly staff, perfect location . Shops and restaurants are only minutes away waking .

The location is perfect for everything that you would need even to go at the beach. You would have different restaurants and markets near. Also to get really nice offers to visit other islands. In general the staff is very nice and helpful.

The attention of the kitchen stuff some time is rude, the delivery man is very nice and kind but some of the food that we received were spoiled, like tomatoes and others based with milk.

Great location if you want to be in Bocagrande. The staff is kind. There is a nice rooftop terrace with two Jacuzzi.

The day before checking in the hotel emailed me saying that I needed to complete the payment in advance through an external link. I found that very awkward, I had booked a room that said "no prepayment needed". They threatened that if I was not going to pay in advance they would have cancelled my reservation. I used Booking.com for years and that never happened to me before. I am fine paying in advance but that should be managed by the hotel, it should not be my responsibility to find the time to do it myself while I am on holidays. Apart from that both the furnishing and the breakfast are quite poor.

Breakfast was great, the rooms are spacious and clean and there is a/c, necessary in Cartagena.

The beds are not the most comfortable but it’s a good value for money. Street can be a little noisy.

The breakfast options. In most hotels we have the chance to get buffet options, but this wasn’t the chance, and therefore there weren’t many options. There are also many kinds of juice to offer, but rather we were served almost the same everyday. The bed sheets were also not well cleaned as we evidenced some stains.

The room was nice, clean and comfortable, the breakfast was good.

The top deck was abandoned, trash lying around and both jacuzzis were closed, nowhere near what you find in the pics. Room window had a column blocking all view, as others said it was there just so the outside noise made it in the room.

The hotel is over priced, super old decor. The breakfast was horrible, I tried eating the fruits that were cut from 5 days ago but couldn’t even eat them. The room had a window facing a wall with a lot of noise coming in to the room probably from the air conditioning engines outside. Even the shampoo smelled bad. The only reason I booked this place was because of the good reviews, I really don’t know how this hotel received a 8.6 from its guests.

The staff were excellent

The room was small, damp, smelly and noisy. We were left with not enough towels and no toilet paper at all. The beds, sheets and pillows are awful, old and stained. No view, repairs at all hours. No lights working in the hallways. Only cold water in the shower for our entire stay of 3 nights. The price is outrageous for the terrible quality of the hotel. I didn’t like anything about our stay and will never recommend it to anyone.

The construction kept me up for two nights before I had to check out. It was unbearable.

The location and price is great.

Photos of the hotel are a bit outdated. The chill zone on the roof is quite boring. There are no hammocks, as there are in the photos, and the whole zone seems to be a bit abandoned.

Nicely located, not far from shopping, restaurants, beaches, etc. Quiet. Simple but filling breakfast buffet. Staff hospitable and helpful.

Nothing really for the price paid

Skinny guy at reception was really nice, that's the only positive thing I find about my stay there. Location was good if you only plan to go the beach, very close to the beaches.

WiFi was very slow and unstable. I booked a "superior" double room, but it seemed like a very small room, not the one I had booked. Ventilation of the room was very bad and it was very humid the entire time which was very bad for my allergies. Noise isolation was inexistent, there were loud music, construction work, staff going around, elevator noises and a lot more the entire time, from 6-7am until late night, so it was difficult to relax in the room. Also, I didn't have a "No disturb" sign to hang on my door and one lady came in one day to check if I had consumptions in my minibar, and I mean she entered my room to check by herself, first time something like this happens to me. I asked for a "No disturb" sign later, they only deliver it the next day and left it hanging on my door instead of giving it to me or leaving it in the room... so I didn't get my room cleaned that day.Breakfast was really poor, I'm from a country where we have mostly pastries and bread for breakfast and the options were almost nonexistent.

The bedrooms were comfortable and the staff was very nice and helpful.

The elevator is a little box that you can't even fit in well. The food was not good and overpriced for that matter. Also, the drinks we asked for didn't taste good at all, it's as if they used fruits that were old or in the process of spoiling.

It was impossible to reach the hotel before arriving. I tried everything. Called several hotlines wrote several emails to different email addresses. But nobody got back to me. I think they need to make it possible to call for help or express questions before arriving! Also I’m sorry to say but the place it quiet run down. I was expecting higher standard for 50 Bucks a night. The windows are in bad shape and the walls have cracks in them. No real beaches here.
