Good location, near historic district, inexpensive

No hot water, odd smell, minimal furniture and in poor condition

Staff were friendly and welcoming. View from the hotel room was of the sea, very beautiful! Hotel was quiet. Air conditioning was perfect.

It did not meet 3 stars; more like 2. It was rather old and crumbling. There was a 1 foot hole in the ceiling above the shower. The tiles on the floors were chipped/scratched/uneven. The closet doors were broken. The door had been broken and poorly repair

Location and helpful staff.

The star level fell VERY short of expectations. I was actually horrified. This was not a 3 star. 2 at best, and that is pushing it. NO hot water. Cold showers. rooms not very clean. stained sheets. Uncomfortable foam mattresses. Could not wait to leave.

The staffs, they are great, the location is perfect.

the rooms are filthy , dirty , old , dirty sheets , the air conditioning did not work well , terrible bathroom, some dishes was dirty .

Convenient from the airport and to the old town interior. It has an elevator even though it’s a cheaper hotel. Decent breakfast.

Cold showers, no hot water. The area seems a little sketchy at dusk / nighttime. Because of that you have to wear a bracelet your entire stay so security to the hotel isn’t compromised. However I’m thankful for the security focus!

Staff was friendly, location and breakfast were great, WiFi was alright (didn't reach certain parts of the room).

Seemed like the building is very old, the bed mattress was very hard, huge room key identifiers.

Jonathan and his colleague at the front desk were very helpful. Good location for visiting historic center.

Bad air conditioning, limited breakfast (isn't clear in the facilities details) with cold eggs and the room (number 810) isn't like the photos either, it's old and without renovation.

The location is great. However, the hallway, and the rooms look an old building. A lot of areas look rusty. The price does not match the comfort and cleanliness of the hotel.

Bad cleanliness and the price is too much for what we get. The bathroom was dirty and looked like a public, old toilet.

I would not recommend this hotel. It’s very old and dilapidated and not in a good area!

They gave me a room with sea view on 8th floor which was very nice and comfortable. Room was spacious. The buffet breakfast was good and had nice service

This is an old and a bit rundown large hotel. I had somehow expected this in a tropical city. Not a luxury hotel.
