The Breakfast was similar to restaurant quality. The Location was the best from my perspective because it is not on the main street, but just across, so you are a 3-minute walk from the main street, and you get comfort and quiet at night. This is an ideal location unless you are over 50 and looking to solely relax, stay away from the nightlife and major restaurants.

These hotels have the same principle, if everyone staying in your room does not arrive at the same time or within 5 hours, you get charge for the extra person. Beware of the pictures of the hotel only show you the superior rooms, which you have to pay a bit more.

Nothing. Honestly, this place is nothing like the pictures and the service is below average.

I didn't like the most was their dishonesty. Booking gives you a set price in US dollars and when you get there they don't accept it. They only want to charge you in Colombian pesos and the price goes up, because they change at their own exchange rate.

The property is in a decent location to Getsemani and the Old City. However, it is at the lowest point in a flood zone so when it rained hard, the streets around the property experienced the worst flooding.

The staff was very unfriendly and unhelpful. The rooms were spartan and dirty. The common areas were very dirty. The elevator was marked "temporary" out of service, but no one could/would tell us how long it had been out of service and when it would be fixed. None of the staff offered to help us with our bags up the three flights of stairs. The breakfast was very limited and unsanitary with flies everywhere. The property adjoins two major streets so is very noisy.

The location was great, the breakfast was awesome, it was clean and comfortable.

The festivities outside next to the hotel can get loud, really loud! If you area a person that really needs your sleep you need to make sure you get a room not facing the street

Excellent location. I was there for a convention and it was a walking distance. At night, even though the area looked a little sketchy, it was walkable and close to many restaurants. Staff was friendly, good breakfast too.

Common areas look old and need renovations. There was this big middle section of the hotel where the elevator was, and you could see many electric cables and pieces going out from there. I was given a room on the second floor (which was actually the first floor after ground level) and it had a nice little balcony with view to the Centennial park but I was unable to open the curtains since the glass was fully see-through and at so close ro ground leven people from the street could look up and see my room. The hot water system never worked, Since it was a work trip some nights, I needed to stay late to work on some presentations, and when I went to shower before going to bed the hot water never came out, I had to shower with cold water, during the next days it kind of improved but never fully, a slightly warm water was the most got out of the tap. Also, the internet was down to the whole building for a full night. The doors are old lock and key style, and they gave you a big wood keychain with the number of the room engraved, which was cumbersome to carry in the pocket.

The property needs to be updated. The breakfast needs be improved. It was also in general very noisy.

Excellent front desk and staff. Am-Paro was great. She went above and beyond to make sure my stay was comfortable. Hotel very centrally located. 5 min walk from the clock tower. Lots of restaurants within walking distance.

Great location, able to walk around easily or catch a cab. Breakfast daily was a buffet with plenty of options. Comfortable beds in a large room with a balcony. Mateo at the front desk was very friendly and helpful.

Did not enjoy the "cool" shower, unless we had a long day in the sun! The air conditioning was excellent until it would unexpectedly shut off.

The air conditioner worked.*** I ran out of space in the other section of what I didn't like:- The first experience in the elevator was a good sign that I made a mistake with this booking. It closed and opened 3 times because it thought something was obstructing it. It was obstructing itself. The walls are mirrored, but you cant see anything in them. - The bathroom walls and floor had hairs on them. I was there for 6 days, and the room was cleaned 4 times. These hairs remained after every cleaning.- I attached two photos of the view from the window. Since the listing says I was supposed to have a city view and landmark view. This view was terrible. But I will also say that I was supposed to have a balcony room. The balcony room has a better view. I believe they remodeled their balcony rooms, but they didn't give me the room I reserved. And they told me que pena, which basically means, sorry but nothing else is going to happen.

- The lobby area was very hot. You'll also be having breakfast in this area.*** I reserved and paid for a room with a balcony. The nice room you see in the photos. Curtains, modern furniture, a nice bathroom and nice shower. A large TV. When I arrived at the property, I checked in and I went to my room. I immediately returned to the front desk. - There was no balcony. - The furniture was outdated - The TV was small and not what was in the photos - The bathroom was old and outdated with a hanging shower curtain. - Ladies, if you need power in the bathroom, forget it. There is no power outlet in the bathroom. - My girlfriend tried to do her hair in the room, but there was also no mirror in the room to look into while using the power in the room. So try using the reflection from the small TV.- The breakfast wasn't worth eating. I ate out every morning.- I planned this as a nice trip for my girlfriend. Her biggest disappointment with the trip was the hotel. I was also disappointed, but failing to give her something nice bothered me the most.What did the front desk tell me when I pointed out that they did not give me a room with a balcony, but charged me for it? or that the room didn't look like the photos?** They said that they didn't have any balcony rooms available and that I would have to take up my problem with Booking.com.I immediately called Booking.com. They agreed that I should have had a room with a balcony and that the Hotel owed me some compensation. Honestly I would have left this hotel if it wasn't New Years Eve, but there weren't other options.So no help from the Hotel. No compensation. Nothing. Booking.com said they couldn't get the property to respond to them.I saw into one of the rooms with a balcony. It was like the photos, it was updated and more modern. I was cheated and this hotel did not care.Some reviews say there was hot water. Those people are reviewing the wrong hotel.
