The location is good

Very rude and helpless staff, no clean, foods are bad as well.

all the facilities were excellent, staff, breakfast and hotel location.

My room was on the 3rd floor street side, too noisy until 2 am and the restaurants on the other side of the street had large and bright publicity signs that are lit up all night long. i did asked to be changed to a different room but no one followed up with the request. i would return to the hotel but to a different room.

How close it was to the beach.

Lack of hair dryer in the room. Also, the construction on the closest beach, we know this isn’t the hotel’s fault but it was unfortunate.

The hotel was clean, the bed was good, have a good location, the breakfast was fair. there is a good coffee shop at the hotel

Elevator wasn't working for 3 days, room was super noisy, old style toilets, the shower was old style .

Great location right on the beach and close to restaurants, party buses and stores. Everything else is a taxi ride away

They do not provide hand soap ?

The ladies at the front desk were so helpful and kind! They helped me with printing a document and made checking in and extending my stay easy!

Nothing, that place needs maintenance, not towels in the room, have to request shower gel, at the end they charged me with things I didn't consume. If you are on the budget, it will be just fine to be there.

Rooms definitely need an upgrade. Pool area very nice and coffee shop excellent

The staff was always super friendly and very helpful! The pool was good, across the street from the beach!I liked the coffee shop attached to the hotel , delicious baked goods and coffee!

The rooms were small and the bathroom was even smaller. The hotel is old and needs updating. There should be a gym on the property, but there is not. The breakfast in the morning is very small and not a lot of selection to pick from….and it’s the same everyday.

Rooms were outdated. The bathrooms ventilations face the corredor. Buffet breakfast abundant but the quality was not good.

I like the location,close to the beach,mall,restaurants,el Centro,aeroport.It's easy to walk around,take an uber.My daughter loves the pool.The breakfast was good and friendly staff.Internet working well.Hot shower.

No Air-conditioning in the shower.

The hotel is located by a better part of the Bocagrande beach.

The hotel is quite shabby and the restaurant area was overrun with pigeons eating food off the leftover plates on tables. We avoided the free breakfast and ate at a nearby cafe instead.

Location was great.Breakfast was fine. It could have a bit more variety, but no complaints.Room: I had to request a change of room, buecause the first one was smelly (like feet), they change it and it was ok afterwards.

I think it was way too much money for what they offered. The Reception Staff wasn't kind. They seem peevish and kinda angry. Maybe was a cultural thing, but did not felt nice.

The hallways get very loud by other guests but this seems to be normal in Colombia?

Their beds are very comfortable, the people who work there are very friendly, I love their pool in front of the beach and their bar is always open.
