I did do a survey for the hotel prior to leaving: rooms are small and dated. When we went to our rooms (we booked 2) one of the rooms had 1 dirty towel...called to have towels deliverd. . .took them over 2 hours to do so. there is more but out of characte

Staff was terrible, most of them only spoke spanish. I needed an embulance tjey kept staring at me and almost let me lose my life.

Everything, the Staff was exceptional, Jesus Ortega, Bartender Oscar, Aneliz, Javier, make u feel like family. Kudos to all of them

the cleaning crew did a good job

Delicious food, different options for the dinner, lots of islands visiting options

it was pretty hard to find someone who could speak English that was pretty surprising. also, the service that could get us to Baru worked till 3 pm/till the time of check-in, so it wasn’t possible to get there the next day

Too much construction with no close public beach access due to the construction.

They closed the pool to early and I had my room late in the afternoon at 5.30

In the moment we're there they tell us the room is not ready at 4 afternoon because they are cleaning I have my room at 5.30 I lost 1 day and it stupidly they closed the pool in one place very hot at 6 pm

When I have my reservation they said they have 4 restaurants and it is only one and the only good it's the breakfast because lunch and dinner are terrible

They need to live the pool open more time 6 pm it's to early to close that

The only thing I didn't like about the area was the outside vendors they were very pushy and on you as soon as you walk out of the hotel on the beach constantly.

The hotel is very old beds are very uncomfortable. It’s suppose to be all inclusive, but you have to check what openings they have online in order for you to eat, if you don’t reserve you won’t eat. Staff is not welcoming at all don’t waste your money coming here.

Very old hotel , hard beds , small pool and the beach are across the street you will have to cross over for food and drinks. The food is always cold

The hotel is outdated and food is terrible

Outdated, poor quality food (the same food everyday), no wifi (if you need wifi do not stay here). They blatantly lie to people:; they tell you they have wifi but you can never connect. They tell you they have Sea Bass for dinner but they bring you tilapia like people don’t know about fish. It was just plain horrible. Do not stay here if you don’t want to ruin your vacations.

Nice variety of local items to select from. Very good taste of the food, staff was attentive

I had difficulty connecting to their wifi. one roll of toilet paper in the room. No beverages on the refrigerator. Cockroaches in the room.Lack of flexibility within their rules/regulations, e.g., I had checked out and realized I needed to exchange us$100.00. They wouldn't do it because I had already checked out. I was their guest for heaven's sake.

The beach is under construction as well as the hotel.

The customer service was A + walk around to make sure all your needs are met

It was perfect I will recommend this place to anyone
