The staff was friendly and accomodating. For example, if we needed a taxi,they would call one. They also tried to figure out an excursion for us (even though it was not available, I appreciated their efforts). The hotel looked like the house from Encanto.

There was no hot water but it was so hot in Cartagena that I did not mind it.

Wonderful and charming hotel in a great location !

At no fault of the hotel's, the city needs to get control of the cars with their horn blowing competitions in the wee hours of the morning. Next time i will give up the street view and balcony for a quieter night at the back side of the hotel

Too many flights of steps and no elevator.

The pool was very beautiful and enjoyable to take a dip during the heat of the day. Free breakfast was good and came out super quick! Easy to walk everywhere in old city. Air conditioner worked well.

Room was outdated. No elevator, we were on the 4th floor. Loud music could be heard at night from a nearby bar, although eventually the music did turn off each night. No free cold water, only coffee and hot water for tea.

Location is amazing, the building has such a nice vibe! The room is spacious and the breakfast is basic but good! We read in other reviews that the pool wasn't clean, but it was definitely clean during our stay!

The room we were in didn't really had daylight, but it's just a room where you sleep in. So absolutely no big deal for us!

The location is the only thing saving the hotel. It’s in the historic center so it is very convenient to get in and out and the AC of the bedroom also worked great, staff was great and lobby looks pretty.

Room wasn’t clean, bedsheets were dirty and with tons of cotton coming out, towels were stained, shower head had fungus, no hot water for more than 3min in the shower, wifi never worked, window curtains could not open properly so we were in the dark all the time, breakfast was very poor and bad (we saw cockroaches near the food), pool was cool but tiles need to be cleaned.

Breakfast was basic but delicious. The whole hotel is very beautiful and in an excellent part of the city. Clean, artistic, and the pool is excellent. The staff also behind the reception are brilliant and kind people.

The room is a little outdated, but I don't mind as it adds to the classic and old school 'energy' of the hotel.

The house is very nice and meets fully the colonial style of the town.Staff was lovely, especially at the reception desk.

The only service not optimum was the breakfast: quite poor, no eggs every morning, no buffet every day, poor portions, anything sweet to taste, just salt food. In the breakfst room unfortunately the girls were a little bit unfriendly.

Internet was spotty however I doubt if anyone goes to Cartagena for internet service

The location.

We had our shower flooded at the first night, the drainage didn’t work properly and it had water all over at the room. The breakfast was served and difficult to order and it took a long time to arrive, we stayed 3 days and only eat breakfast once cause it took too long.

My day was awesome. Accommodation is good. Staff is very reliable. customer service was great Tony great customer service skill great front desk personnel very pleasant easy to talk to and very knowledgeable

Staff overall was great and it accommodate your guess if you need to. Also accommodate good breakfast housekeepers was great.

Bed linens were too thin. Needed a blanket, the extra one was too small for the bed.Greta location, nice staff, good value.

The location was very central and even though is located in a very touristy area, it was very quiet inside.The room had AC which was great.The breakfast was good.

I love this hotel. It’s the great hotel in the city great location and you can carry as many guest as you want. Staff is great. That’s the reason why I stay at this hotel any time and I recommend this hotel to anybody who stayed there

I liked everything about this hotel I give it a five star price is reasonable. You also get breakfast in the morning.

There is no area around the pool to lounge. The area around the pool is too small. The pool looks nice, but I don't see anyone actually using it.
