Great location, staff, decor. Amazing breakfast.

The hotel accommodated our request for a room change to the best of their ability. Our upgraded room was lovely and met all of our expectations. The breakfasts were very good. Location is excellent.

The staff is exceptionally friendly, warm, helpful, professional, accommodating who went out of their way to provide the best possible guest experience in every way. They helped me with laundry, transportation and event, guided me to excellent shops and restaurants and served a delicious breakfast each morning. The property is lovely and well located on one of the less busy streets, yet close to everything. It is clean, safe and quiet. The A/C works very well. Morning breakfast in intimate as you would find at home. I would stay at Casa del Curato again and I would recommend it to anyone looking for a basic affordable room in a small inn vs a large resort.

No warm water in the shower! I would have preferred a slightly larger room with a window, but it was perfectly suitable for me since I was alone and spent very little time there.

The location of this property was excellent. Everything that we wanted to see and do was in walking distance. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful.

The hot water is quite slow to arrive.

Everything about our stay was wonderful the only draw back was street noise. The facility was clean the staff above and beyond helpful.

I love this hotel, I always try to stay here when I stay in Cartagena. It is in the heart of San Diego in the walled area of the city, close to everything. The decor is perfect Cartagena history and charm. The breakfast is delicious, the staff is welcoming, sweet, and so attentive. We hung out by the pool, perfect to cool off from the heat. It is such a classy perfect option for when you stay in Cartagena.

STAFF was great, cordial, helpful and happy. They arranged us great drivers, fixed a yummy little breakfast before their regular schedule when we needed to catch our early flight without going hungry.

The mattress was too firm and uncomfortable. It seemed without support underneath. The shower didn’t have enough pressure and hard to control the water temperature.

Fridge didn't work, they offered to replace it immediately. Shower took a bit of time to get warm.

The property was nice, well kept and overall clean situated in ideal location in pretty much the center of all the tourist landmarks. The staff is helpful and accommodating always receiving you with a smile and willing to provide you tips that will make your stay and moving around the city easier. There are multiple restaurants around and also the main tourist landmarks making it easy to walk through the city. The rooms are cleaned daily which my wife and I really liked since you know being up and about exploring can sometimes drain you and prevent you from keeping everything well kept. Additionally the breakfast are simple, healthy and well rounded which we also enjoyed. When we visit Cartagena again we will surely stay here again.

The street noise is one to consider if you’re a light sleeper as mentioned this hotel is located in the center of the historic city. My wife and I are heavy sleepers so this wasn’t a big deal and we could manage the noise.

Lovely staff, breakfast, location, clean bedding, great balcony to quiet but interesting street, even a good little pool. Beautiful foyer area. We confused it with a similar address across the street, but Jessica rescued us!

The taps were wobbly and shower cubicle leaked a litte.

Very nice property in the heart of old town. Easy walk to many sites and lots of restaurants. We were on the third floor which was only accessed by stairs but we had the floor and outdoor patio to ourselves. An unexpected delight. Staff are friendly and breakfast was good and healthy.

Pool shut down early at 7pm. Would have been nice if it was open later.

This is the best hotel ever! The staff was friendly. It was affordable. Great location in proximity to food and shopping. If ever we visit Colombia again, Casa Del Curato is where I plan to book!

Beautiful place in a perfect location. Close to everything the walled city has to offer but very quiet at night for sleeping. Staff was fantastic.

My bank card details were stolen at this hotel. I provided evidence to the owner as such but they did not care. I escalated this to booking.com who kindly refunded me the amount stolen. DO NOT stay at this place

The location in the city’s historic center was perfect. The hotel is charming and picturesque, and I really enjoyed the a la carte breakfast. The staff was exceptionally friendly, and the air conditioning worked great.

The room was quite small and felt outdated. Additionally, the Wi-Fi connection was unreliable and could have been better.

Had such a wonderful stay here. Beautiful hotel right inside the walled city, within walking distance of whatever you may need and very close to multiple museums and attractions, but was very quiet still. Staff was incredibly kind and helpful, and went out of their way to help arrange transportation for us. Breakfast was very good and quick. Overall incredible experience and would definitely stay here again!
