GHL Collection Armería Real Hotel

Beautiful indoor pato, nice rooftop with beautiful views, roomy and comfortable room. The location was excellent, within easy walking distance to many points of interest.

Lovely courtyard, nice rooftop lounge area, very nice accommodation for 3, with separate en suite loft bedroom.

The location was very near the road, but it was a short enough walk to a quieter area.

The beds were very comfortable and we slept so well in the room. However, while the two floor room had two bedrooms, which was nice, there was no common sitting area where we could sit and talk. The building was beautiful and in a great location.

A seating area in the room would have been nice. We did not get a daily replenishment of soap and other amenities. There was no hair dryer in the room. The downstairs TV did not work and the upstairs did not get wifi.

The breakfast spread was not very good. We actually went out for breakfast. Everything lacked flavor and the oj was so sour.

comfortable, spacious room and bed. easy to enjoy the facilities (pool, terrace, courtyard). generous breakfast was tasty, and was located in a nice corner of the historic center that made it easy to go deeper into Getsemani or venture further out.

room 308, Bathroom was great and beautiful, but the "rainshower" shower head is quite low to stand under and does not have good pressure. Better idea is to just have a normal nice shower head at an angle for taller people.Give guests the control to turn off lights on their private balcony at night.

Best spot in cartagena so far. Their infrastructure, passion for detail - and mostly the warmth of their staff - makes this hotel your best alternative.Btw. The beds are absolutely fantastic!!

I liked everything

Location. Room clean and functional for a family of 4. Charming decoration in the common area. Staff is helpful.

The bathroom was a bit small

The staff were very accommodating and kind. The pool was wonderful to relax in and the breakfast was great.

The bed and the staff are lovely

Everything else - dirty pool, dirty room, bugs and dust everywhere. The lights and breaker door were falling out. Very, very expensive for what you get. At breakfast a leaking pipe dripped water into my food.

Rooftop pool and relaxing area are brilliant.Location in Getsemeni is great - close to the action but not disrupted by it.Internal courtyard is like an oasis.

Traffic noise can disrupt you if you are a light sleeper

The hotel is nice overall, but not 5 stars to be honest. Our room was big but lacked a finishing touch in decoration and furnishing.Breakfast was alright but variety can be improved.

Rooftop pool

Room extremely dark and musty because it was on the ground floor with a small window that was not able to open. Poor lighting.

WiFi wasn’t working in my room

Old style hotel with colonial feel. Luxury. Everything is top notch. Great location close to many restaurants and squares.

- We got the room with two stories, two bathrooms and two beds. This was perfect for multiple females getting ready at the same time. It also gave us a little privacy amongst our group.- I thought the location was great. Super convenient for Getsemani and not too bad of walk for the Walled City. I liked that it was a little removed for quieter sleeping. - The front desk held our bags passes check-out, made us a dinner reservation (our favorite place all trip) and were overall very helpful. - We also enjoyed the rooftop pool with its nice views as a quiet reprieve.

The street it is on is a little sketchy at night - not immediately by the hotel (felt safe there)… just a few blocks away. No/few street lights. Saw some people who were drunk and on drugs who made us feel a little unsafe. I’d recommend just not walking that way at night, get a taxi or walk with others.

Located in Getsemani, beautiful hotel and swimming-pool at the top

Absolutely loved it. Friendly staff, huge room, away from noise, clean room. Concierge Jaime was exceptional, friendly, great. I would come here in a heartbeat.

The hotel is pretty and the pool has a nice view to the city. It isn’t very big but it’s ok over all

The room wasn’t well lit at all and its ventilation was very bad. It seemed like the window hadn’t been opened in a while and it smelled like humid - the smell was so strong that all the clothes that were in my suitcase got soaked in that smell (even if I didn’t take them out!). The room was spacious but the bathroom wasn’t so really no idea - no balance

It was beautiful. The staff were friendly and helpful. The free breakfast was good with a decent selection. The pool was nice. The rooms are gorgeous.
