Location, common areas.

No hot water for 3 nights. Loose fixtures in the room - the sink, the faucet, the tissue holder.

Perfect location to explore the walled old town. Breakfast was decent and adequate.

The room was kind of small with no chair to sit.

The rooms are very small , the pool need to get fixed and it was a cockroach on my bed.

The hotel staff, service and facilities were all excellent. The room was cozy! They even had a Smart TV which is not very common in hotels I had stayed in before. In fact, I think all hotel rooms should have a Smart TV. The breakfast was delicious! They give you some options for breakfast for the day. There were eggs, some carbs and fruits, along with juice, coffee, etc. The location was very central, close to everything touristy to see in Cartagena.

Great location in the heart of Getsemaní, but away from the noise! Great rooftop area to chill, fab aircon in the rooms to help with the heat of Cartagena!

The location was amazing!! it was super close to the main streets of Cartagena where the life is! The wall is a bit of a walk from the location but you can get a taxi. The marina tho was very close to the hotel just like 10/15 minutes walk which is fine maybe in the morning or at night when is a bit cooler. The bed was really comfortable and spacious.

Nothing really...maybe the pool didn't really have nice views but that's not a big thing as we spent most of the day outside or at the beach.

Breakfast was great, the location is amazing and the staff has been super nice! The room looks just like in the pictures, the place is super calm and quiet, it's a great value for money in the heart of Getsemani.

The location was really centered. The Garden was really nice, and the staff was really friendly too.

The room was in the courtyard, so I’m the morning was a little bit noisy.

The only positive aspects were the cleanliness, the kindness of the breakfast staff, and the location — right in the heart of Getsemaní, within walking distance of the historical city center, yet still quiet and peaceful at night.

This hotel is overpriced, and the value doesn’t match the cost at all. We were placed on the ground floor, right in front of the breakfast area, which completely compromised our privacy — we couldn’t even roll up the blackout curtains without feeling exposed. On top of that, the noise from guests having breakfast at 7 AM made it nearly impossible to rest or sleep in.We asked to change rooms, but even after many guests had checked out the next day, our request was ignored.The pool area was another letdown: there was absolutely no shade, not a single sun umbrella. We could only dip in the pool for a few minutes before escaping back to our (dark) room because the heat was unbearable.

Clean & comfortable in a fabulous location with excellent security.

Location on a quiet street was nice. Breakfast was okay and room was clean.

First day there was a long power cut and no working AC, so it was very hot inside the room. Not their fault of course. Very difficult to get clean towels to the pool or shower and the hotel was not in full capacity.

The room I’ve got, had nothing to do with the pics in the web. Lights not working, , plastic tables, there is no curtain, just a blackout roller blind. If you open it, everyone can see you as the pass by, therefore if you are in your room you have to stay with the lights on or it will be peach black.

Had a great stay! Staff were very friendly and helpful, literally everyone...from front desk to the cleaning crew, very pleasant to be around. Location of the hotel was A+. You're right in the heart of Gethsemani. Hotel was also clean and comfortable. I'd certainly stay here again.

Breakfast is great all the personal that takes care of you at breakfast.

Rooms to small bathroom to small, morning front desk person not friendly at all and rude would not even answer good morning. Second shift front desk agent was always really friendly also really knowledgeable able his job and the areas

The location of this property was perfect to walk around Getsemani and to be the Old town.

The staff at breakfast wasn’t as friendly.
