It was centrally located in old Cartagena.

The staff at front desk was not very friendly. We asked them to schedule us a ride to the airport for a specific time, but they didn’t. Some of the staff at the dining area were friendly and attentive but some weren’t.

Great location, comfortable beds

This was my 3rd hotel in Cartagena.the first 2,were amazing . I saw the reviews so I thought I would splurge. This is more like a 2-3 star hotel. Breakfast was not good. Not for the price. Maybe we were spoiled from the other hotels in the Old City. If I knew I would have not taken their breakfast option. You hear the other people in the other rooms. Pool was dirty. Construction beside the hotel started Monday.

Perfect location, awesome air conditioner, great shower, wonderful rooftop pool, and excellent service!

The only complaint I have is that they don’t provide washcloths… only towels and hand towels.

Location was perfect for getting everywhere you need to in cartegena. The rooftop pool was one of the main reasons we chose the hotel, it was nice, not amazing. The breakfast was good. The staff were very friendly and attentive.

The hotel building was quite tired - it needs a renovation and looks better on the photos. There was construction work happening all around the building so there was a huge amount of noise in our room and on the roof top. There were construction workers literally next to the pool and could see the whole area.

The location was perfect for exploring both the city and getsemani, everyrhing was within walking distance. The staff were amazing and breakfast was great! The rooftop view was amazing!

AC was not working properly, so the room was warm, it was also noisy and was dripping non stop. Bare minimum breakfast.

Room was large and very comfortable.Staff was very friendly.Location was perfect, right in the middle of everything.

There is a construction going on just beside the hotel, so when you use the pool there are a lot of workers there looking at you, so it is a bit uncomfortable.Breakfast could improve and vary more.

The hotel was not bad, but we were charged 170 euros for two laundries, we couldn't believe our eyes. It totally ruined our experience of an otherwise good hotel. This is my first bad review ever.

Very clean, good facilities and amazing rooftop pool, also GREAT service the ladies at reception are so nice.

Fantastic roof top terrace, pool and bar with a great view over the old town and square. Super location between old town and Getsemani. Friendly and accommodating staff. Beautiful old colonial style building. And: the best shower we had in Colombia!

Perfect location right in the middle of the city. Walking distance to the walled city and Getsemani. Beautiful building, warm water!!

The location was perfect for us as we are not beach people. Our room looked out over the big plaza and was perfect for viewing the NYE fireworks. The hotel is very pretty on the outside. The pool and sundeck were very nice. All of the staff were pleasant and nice. The bed was very comfortable. Access to walled city and Getsemane was perfect. Easy to get a taxi to go to the beach areas.

Unfortunately, the hot water in shower was sporadic. The breakfast was very basic. The room could use a little paint touch up on walls and wardrobe.

The hotel was in a very convenient location in a walking distance from both the Old City and the Getsemani area (~10 minutes walk). It’s also close to the port from where the boats are leaving to Rosario Islands. The room was clean and quite big, and the staff were very friendly. The hotel has a restaurant and a swimming pool bar, which we did not use but maybe helpful to know.

The breakfast was very basic, mainly a couple of fruits, omelet, some mini pastries and drinks. It opened at 6.30 and if you arrived an hour later most of the food was gone and not replaced. If you are vegetarian you only have fruits and bread as an option. I would recommend adding some honey and some richer options in the pastries to improve (cake, biscuits). As already mentioned, the hotel is near the entrance to the Old City, therefore, the rooms on the front are very very noisy. If you are a light sleeper or sensitive to sounds you will not rest. The rooms are not well soundproofed and you can loudly hear anyone who goes to their room, or walk in the stairs.
