Great location and friendly and helpful staff

Breakfast. Not good options. They did not get the coffee right! In Colombia this is a shame. Some times coffee was lukewarm, latte machine did not work, and other times it was ok.

Many noise from my room - rooftop is in front of the hotel. Maybe changing the windows to soundproof ones will help a lot !

The worse was the noise due to the rofttoop located in front of the hotel. Maybe they should improve the isolation in the rooms

There are many beautiful boutique hotels in Cartagena's old town. But this is not one of them.Very small room. Poor facilities.Good location.

The hotel charged me for a dental kit. This is the first time a hotel is charging me. I expect the hotel to have them and provide to the guests as complimentary

Everything was wonderful at the hotel. Staff, breakfast, a small boutique feel which we like.

the toilet in the room had a sliding glass door and was only a couple meters form the bed. Not private enough, and the door either closed the shower or the toilet.

This is a beautiful little hotel, the staff were lovely and couldn't do enough. The roof terrace is beautifully maintained and so nice, day or night. The room closest to reception is a little small and a little strange being so close to reception but we loved our stay despite this.

The WiFi did not work for a day in the room but they provided solutions and then fixed it

Clean and beautiful, in a great part of town too!

The jacuzzi upstairs is cold water, which is nice technically but would be nice to have it be turned on more easily.

The room smelled really nice, which was refreshing after a heavy rain on our arrival. It was super clean and very well located in the centre of town. The staff were really friendly and helpful and the breakfast was delicious. They even gave us packed breakfast the day we were checking out earlier than the breakfast start time. The room was spacious and the bathroom even more spacious, also providing bath robes.

On departure, there was a slight mix-up with the taxi due to a marathon and road closures. The hotel seemed unclear and in the end we took a random taxi from the street rather than the one they had booked for us the day before and ended up paying double the amount to reach the airport.

Very beautiful and well located! Very nice if you are looking for something cute, clean, stylish and in the center.

Breakfast very small

The hotel has an amazing location, is a colonial house with 8 rooms, therefore you never will feel the other guest.Karen is an amazing host who helped us a lot with everything The food and the service ia very good

The hotel doesn't have a real pool and the jacuzzi in the terrace isn't a great option to spend time, also the view from the terrace is a basic one. During our stay the hotel had a construccion in one of the room and we had to ask Karen to stop the same.

Very well situated hotel and even if it is in the center of things it was very quiet. Absolutely lovely building with lots of beautiful plants, cosy rooftop area. Very polite and welcoming staff. Comfortable bed.

The rooftop jacuzzi was a bit dirty with murky water although the rest of the establishment was very clean. We had quite a dark room with little natural light, although we were not very bothered by that spending most of our time outside. The only hotel in Colombia where you had to pay extra to get both eggs and a pancake :)

Excellent service, staff, and comfort. Really well located in the city and easy to access. Very clean as well. We were glad to have stayed here.

Beautiful Colonial & Location

When we entered the room we could smell a strong odor of pesticide (Mosquito killer)

Location was great, room was always icy cold, bed was very comfortable. Good shower, bathroom had door (not a sliding door). Breakfast kept us full until lunch.

Internet went down during check in but staff was lovely and got us juice while we waited. Our room was directly next to plunge pool and one afternoon a loud group of adults were at the pool while we tried to nap.

The Wi-Fi in our room was terrible for the first two days it improved slightly after complaining three times on the third day. This would put us off staying here again as it was the worst Wi-Fi we experienced in the whole of Colombia.

Location was ok.

The room had a stone wall where the tiny pebbles were falling off through the night - straight to our faces and sheets. We didn’t have water one day and the breakfast was not worth mentioning.

The staff were amazing, the room was comfortable and clean and the breakfast included was very good. If I had to highlight one single thing, would be the service from the staff at the hotel

We had a room next to the reception. Therefore it was noisy at times you wanted to sleep. They could be more aware of their guests in the room next door
