Hotel Atlantic Lux

Location. Appearance.

Nothing worked. TV did not work. Safe did not work. Got stuck in the elevator for 30 minutes. Another guest had been stuck the day before. Not in good repair.

Great location with many good stores around, and the beach at proximity.

A lot. Some of the staff ladies were rude to me when i was requesting simple things like to fix the TV that wasn't working. They had to change my room a total of 3 times because first room, the TV was broke. Second, the AC was not working in the room.

I thought the location was good.

It¿s not a 4 star hotel and it¿s not a beach front property. The room was small, the bed was very hard, the refrigerator was unplugged, there was no coffee pot, the toilet seat moved , the towels were stiff. Breakfast was cold and the staff were not fri

Lack of security in that elevator does not require room card to be activated. Floor hall lighting is motion activated. Doesn’t allow to look through peep hole in door to see if clear. Only darkness. Windows are not sound proof as much of the street nois

Location is great and staff is amazing and breakfast was very good.

The Hotel can improve its gym and pool and add coffee makers in the rooms.

location to our previous hotel and only option at last minute because immigration would not net us leave. One of the bell hops had great English and was the most helpful.

The dead bolt did not work on our door. The water went out for the majority of the day. The breakfast did not have enough food and did not replenish when it ran out. The fridge did not work.

Rooms were well sized.

The staff knowingly placed me in a room with a balcony door that didn't close. The noise from the street was overwhelming. They weren't able to find a better room for me.

Prepare to get the worst room in the house. We got a deck that did not open and a view completely obstructed by 2 large AC units. The hotel was not full at all and they clearly have nicer rooms.

Average , nothing special

One of two elevators was not working. Door to balcony was under maintenance. AC in the original room was not working properly. had to change room twice. Pool chairs, old and not very comfortable.

I loved the proximity to everything. Walking distance to mall, movies, restaurants, beach, old city and all attractions. The breakfast was great. Custom made omlets. Very hearty with the food

The waitress at the hotel and the cook were amazing people.

The receptionist never allowed me to have visitors and friends in the room. All my family and friends had to meet with me at the lobby or outside the hotel. They were never let pass the reception unless I paid $---- dollars per person. A total ripoff

This hotel is dated and dirty and need to be closed down and remodeled. Do not book here!! Read all the reviews that’s where I messed up at

No way this is a 4 star hotel I have stayed at motel 6's that were nice than that place

Great location. Lots of restaurants and stores in walking distance. The staff was really kind, attentive and responsive. Requests were taken care of in minutes.

The location is perfect and the staff is very pleasant.

I have stayed at this property before, many times, and it’s not because of the breakfast. ??‍♂️?. But I don’t stay at hotels because of its breakfast. I stay because of its location. Its staff is always pleasant. It’s clean. The hotel has a nice vibe.

The staff in the restaurant, breakfast etc could improve a little bit. They dont seem to care or empathise with you at all.

We enjoyed the location and casino.

First the elevator did not work for our floor (11) only. The AC kept shutting off so we woke from our sleep multiple time drenched in sweat. The toilet would t flush and found roaches.
