Location & staff were both amazing

Room did not have a window that looked out. Felt a little tight without a window.

Location and pool were perfect!

They are very strict on their visitor policy.

I left the second day I was there, room smelled like meldue The pool was very small compare to the photos, is no restaurant on the roof top, the noise in the room from outsize was impossible to sleep all night

Everything I didn’t like, the way the photos are taken on your site and the reality , is Two difrent world , the hotel refund me my money and I left,

Proximity to the key sights in the Old Town and also very easy to get to Plaza de la Trinidad in Getsemani

My Room, #315 overlooked Plaza de los Coches which was noisy until 5am in the morning - so getting sleep was difficult. Although the view during the day and the evening when the Plaza walls were illuminated was particularly nice

Room and bathroom were of good size. Enjoyed the pool on the top of the roof. Location was perfect. We had quick and walking access to most places. Free WiFi was great.

Be aware that rooms facing the square may hear noise if there is a celebration going on that night.

The staff was spectacular. Thank you to hotel employee for all her help. Location was great as well.

Regrettably the hotel has poorly insolated windows, and the sector in which it is located is very noisy with loud parties until early in the morning which makes it hard to sleep.

Best location in Cartagena near Getsameni overlooking Plaza de los Coches. We paid a little more for a balcony and it was well worth it.

Even with double glazed windows, the rooftop at the property next door was loud until 2am.

I love the stafff Benjamin at the front desk is beyond amazing super helpful and so kind, Sara at the buffet was so sweet to my family and I we truly appreciate her. She was very attentive to all our needs.

The property pool area needs a pick me up, the furniture in the rooms are outdated and doesn’t do the lace Justice the decor is lacking and there is need to improvement

My room was pretty dirty when I arrived. It smelled damp the entire stay and it was super loud. I was on the second floor overlooking the square though

The location was perfect, the rooftop swimming pool was picturesque.

Bed was a bit uncomfortable and the outside noise can be heard until 2-3 am

Great roof top pool with amazing view! Great location with ton of bars and restaurants, and walking distance to meetings points for tours. Atm and a small market store just in front of the hotel. Great place if you are in the room only to sleep.

Beds and pillows were not very comfortable, can be noisy at night. No view from the room, as the windows had privacy films.

Excellent Location!

Noisy from the street and from some works at the hotel rooptop and nearby. I stayed at the 5 th floor where in laundry, I thnik, and it was a lot of noise from the cleaning personel. Also on the stairs, lot of noise from the HVAC equipment, installed on the rooftop.

Staff. Had to wait for the room after check in time. No apologies or even a glass of cold water were provided.The hotel is old and outdated.

The pool and the friendly staff was the only good thing about this place.

This place is in a decent spot, except for the fact that if it rains a bit the surroundings become flooded and there is no way in or out until the rain slowly drains. The rooms are just unacceptable, the rooms smells moldy and the furnitures are in bad shape, my room contained mold and had humidity issues. Mold is a type of fungus and these release spores which means the air quality where you sleep is horribly bad. I notified the front desk about this concern and nothing was done. They supposedly cleaned it but it was exactly the same. The door was in bad shape and it contained a gap between the wall and the door frame. The bed was also hard, like sleeping on a concrete block. The fridge was not working properly, nothing was cold. This is a tourism spot frequently visited, the least they could do is remodel and get a professional to remove the mold. I only stayed because I already paid for the place, if not I would have definitely stayed somewhere else. This place is defined not worth the price. The only good thing about this place was the pool and the Staff, they were friendly and they treat you nicely.

The location was good. Staff was nice.

The bed was super hard, everything was old and needed an upgrade. Sheets and pillows need to be upgraded. It was overpriced for what it was.

Customer Service is awesome. The workers at this hotel go above and beyond to help. They are the best group of workers in Cartagena. Very patient and accommodating.
