The staff willing to help you in any way the can.  breakfast was so helpful.

Very close to the breach but no a beach front hotel.

It's got an ornate lobby.

The room was possibly the worst in the hotel. Our room on the six floor overlooked two giant AC units, as large or larger than the room itself, and a fan the size two tanks of war. Absolutely the worst hotel experience.

Absolutely nothing. So dissapointed.

Everything. The room was dirty, staff unfriendly, plumbing failed to work for a part of the stay. Just a sad excuse for a "5 star hotel."

Everything was very nice, fast check in and out, great service, very attentive. Excellent location, only a couple of minutes from walled city centro, right on the beach!

This hotel was nothing like described in the pictures. Very old, shower curtain was filthy, windows were dirty, not enough towels in bathroom, lots of rust in parts of bathroom, AC was loud and disturbing. I was really disappointed with this hotel.

Front desk attention very good, as well as the restaurant, the staff are very nice. The rooms are ok. They need to be improve, the bathroom condition and not very good

The pool is awful, the close at 5pm, hardly any chair to accommodate such a big hotel. The pool to small, for such a large hotel, and the pool area in general is very poor and need some repair or for the area to be redone

Close to everything. Staff were pleasant and helpful. Hotel has positive vibes and energy.

Dirty shower, full of hair on the walls and shower floor. Dirty top linen and pillow cases. They sent someone to come and clean the room but I didn't notice the shower until I got in it and saw hair everywhere. Pretty yuck moment

Pool area was helpful

I booked a balcony and even confirm via email. Once my arrival the room wasn’t available.

The staff were the best ever. The service was great. The breakfast was good.

Good ubicación, clean an the ocean view

It is a very nice place, beautiful rooms, nice breakfast, and a nice view of the ocean. They also have a spa and sauna thats included.

Needs a little remodeling

We like the location and the staff was very helpful.

The rooms had an odor and were worn down. Its an older building which has been upgraded on its facade but not the rooms. Old stained curtains and paint was shedding.

Excellent hotel , super comfortable everyone was super friendly and helpful. Hotel was super clean and it had a clean scent at all times
