great location. Nice decor. breakfast was amplle, but not exceptional.

residue smell of cleaning products in room. Checked in at 4pm and had to wait 30 for second room to be ready.

This was perfect! The location the breakfast and staff! Clean nice rooms with ac!! Nice pool and affordable massages! Could walk most places!

Everything was perfect from the staff to the room, to the service. The cherry on the cake is the free storage’s luggage for a maximum of 3 days. This allowed us to spend 3 days in the Rosario island avoiding any extra luggage than a bikini and a flip flop ?A special thank goes to Alfonso who was always smiling and professional!

Room without Windows, breakfast, smell in the bathroom

The hotel is in a very good location, and the staff is very attentive. The rooms are very clean and spacious, though they had a slight musty smell, which is understandable given the humidity in the area. However, the windows do not face outside, making the rooms quite dark. The pool is extremely small.Breakfast was good, but it would be nice if they included more traditional Colombian dishes. The spa service could be improved—we had a facial, but the staff didn’t explain the process or the products being used. At the end, they didn’t provide any recommendations, such as whether it was safe to be in the sun afterward.Overall, a good experience with some areas for improvement.

Peaceful oasis in bustling Getsemani. The hotel and room were very well sound proofed - beautiful restoration of an old property. Nice rooftop terrace and pool.

Room had no window so no natural light - OK as we were out most of the time in the day

We actually got moved and upgraded to a sister property due to a mosquito treatment being applied to the hotel. The staff took great care of us, communicating everything, driving us over and making sure we were looked after. Our stay at the other property was wonderful.

Very charming hotel amongst the hustle and bustle of the vibrant streets but as soon as you are in the hotel it’s so quiet. Very near to the walled part of the city with all the razzmatazz that goes with that.

Problem with the hot water on our second visit to this hotel but apart from that it was lovely

The location is just perfect, the calm feeling you have once you enter the white door from outside is outstanding,it is like a peaceful island in the middle of Cartagena vibrant life .Also ,we simply loved the room for breakfast

Unfortunately there is no ventilation in the bathroom and breakfast is rather poor

Tiny “swimming pool” which is more the size of a jacuzzi. They lent me a bike which was faulty and caused me to fall off.

Friendly staff, great location. Despite being in the centre of Getsemani, we didn't hear the outside noise from our room.

No external window in room.

Rooms were comfortable enough, but finish quality average. Pool area nice. Breakfast ok.

Main issue is that the majority of rooms (including ours) had no natural light. Don't be fooled by the window in the pictures, it just goes onto an internal corridor.

Very pretty hotel with a beautiful courtyard. It’s a good location for easy walking to everything in the historic center. The hotel staff was very nice and helpful!

Randomly on Monday night there was crazy loud partying till about 5am. It wasn’t in the hotel so not much that could be done and not the hotels fault, just something to be aware about. We were on the first floor near the courtyard.

Staff super friendly and helpful; room clean and comfortable; breakfast generous and tasty.

The staff were phenomenal. The place was sooo clean and smells delicious. The staff goes above and beyond to accommodate you. You absolutely cannot hear the noise. I can’t say enough of this hotel. 100% recommend.
