Hotel Caribbean Cartagena

The staff is very helpful and friendly A-Z.

I booked their most expensive suite 4 nights from 4/17-21. Warm greeting--ZERO HOT WATER for 3 days despite complaining many times. Jacuzzi in room never worked. Complains didn't resolve it. They offered me a 20% disc. on next stay--WOULDN'T STAY HERE!XXX

The location was great, everything close to the hotel like restaurant, laundry banks.

The room was too small for the price.

Friendly, accommodating staff, clean room with reliable AC, clean pool, nice on-site restaurant

All crew were great, but Roberto was outstanding. Always ready to help, very friendly.

Coffee in main restaurant was not fresh in my opinion. I had to take it from a pot they have at front desk which was excellent.

The staff was really nice and welcoming. The good was also very good. The pool area was very nice and the room was perfect.

No complaints

Close to beach

The tv didn’t work and there was no directv service working

Food, view, helpful staff, pools and patio

I thought there would be sandy beach in front. There isn't, you need to walk up the road a little way to get to a beach entrance.

It was very clean, the staff was super friendly. The breakfast that is included it’s good.

The location is a 15 minute ride from the city center, you need to take uber or taxi constantly.

The staff and the breakfast

The pool very small and some issues with the room

The breakfast was really good and the location was okey

No hot water at first, but they fixed it later. Hotel should take care of everything before the arrival of a client

Small, relatively well located. Clean, nice breakfast. a/c

There is no beach. It come up on the water but it is all jagged rocks. The pool is small but comfortable and not a lot of people there. The outdoor Jacuzzi really doesn’t work very well.

Beautiful location. Nice rooms

Water wasn’t hot in the room jacuzzi or shower, asked for it to be fixed multiple times and never was. Breakfast time coffee and fruits were missing to very little.

wonderful place , great experience I hadn't been since January 2024, renovations look awesome, new bars , front desk and the room set up is even better than before I'll definitely be back my next time I come to Colombia

Good hôtel situated in good place . Staffs were good , specially Mr ... who used to be in night shifts, helpful and smile boy.

Just food was ok

Pinctures are way different from reality! Its an old hotel and everything looks to need maintenance! The location is also not good! They barely clean pool n hot tub so heads-up n dont use it for your own health! They also add tones of water to their soap, shampoo, etc which makes it too dialuted n disgusting!

The Value for money is good! Everything is clean and the stuff is friendly. Basic breakfast. Just consider there is no direct beach access so you need to walk a bit and obviously if you wanna go to town, you need an uber

The staff was super friendly and very accomodating to our service dog. Breakfast was great and the room with ocean view was fantastic!

Great breakfast

My room didn’t have windows. Elevator very small. A little expensive for the services

A good place in Cartagena for a good price

Staff could be more kind.

The room was very, very, very small. There no windows, poor ventilation. There was no room to walk from the sides, you has to climb to the bed from the feet bottom.

Very poor choice for the price
