The only good thing about this hotel is location Cleanliness was okay.

Everything else was not good for the price range.It was a damp basement room. You could smell it.Mattress wasn’t very comfortable.There was no blanket provided. Just a bedsheet full of static charge.Mosquitos in the room. They said they can’t do anything about it when I asked at reception.

It’s good for a quick stay. The breakfast was also nice as well. Some bunks are triple but they are wooden and quite sturdy so you don’t feel the person above or below you moving.

Friendly staff and great, safe location, right in the old town and close to both the restaurants, a supermarket, the beach and Getsemani. Good breakfast too on a sunny terrace. For the evenings there is a tiny pool on the rooftop. I think I would come back here.

Some of the taps were broken and the water in the showers was cold. During daytime the cars and buses on the big road next to the hostel made a lot of noise.

You can walk the historic center from the hostel, so the location is great.The breakfast is also pretty good, more than I expected from a hostel actually.I stayed for 2 nights. It is fine for a short stay.

The shared room needs renovation, It looked old.

Air con from 8pm to 8am in a 20 person dorm room is miserly. I would recommend having a list of daily potential activities with some information the staff can use to counteract the soulless vibe.

Air Conditioning turned off at 7am and put on only at 8pm. It was too hot during the day to chill in the room

Absolutely NOTHING!!!!

The most ATROCIOUS, DESPICABLE, DISGUSTING AND MISMANAGED/MISS KEPT HOSTEL IN ALL OF COLOMBIA, IF NOT THE ENTIRE WORLD!!! We, as paying guests, endured the worst customer service with the most uneducated, unprofessional, disrespectful, homophobic, and abusive owners and staff I have ever met. They sexually harassed us, tried to fight us, even made us lose a day of our vacation since we had to call the POLICE to resolve the situation which they allowed us to leave without paying, since we didn't get what we paid for and they lied to and abused us which is a HATE CRIME AGAINST LGBTQ+ community, however the hostel stilled charged my card FRAUDULENTLY WITHOUT AUTHORIZATION. I am now involving my filing a Denuncio to combat this company and their fraud and abuse because it is the most atrocious, absolutely evil, and spineless establishment that deserves to be closed and condemned. EVERYONE WILL KNOW MY EXPERIENCE ON ALL SOCIAL MEDIA PLATFORMS & ONLINE. THEY WILL PAY FOR WHAT THEY HAVE DONE!!

Good value for money including breakfast too. Good comfy beds in dorm

Dorm is right next to main road so very loud and noisy. I was the only person in whole 10 bed dorm (and maybe hotel?) so not very sociable

Uncomfortable mattresses, very loud in dorm room next to the street, showers were really small and your clothes and towels got wet inside

It's really too hot in the room ! No AC for the whole day, not even a fan, and when they turn it on (only from 7pm to 7am!), it's not even cold !!You cannot even open the windows, they are blocked! The pool was super small and disgusting, not cleaned at all.No access to the kitchen.You need to ring every time you want to go out or in.

Friendly staff. Delicious breakfast. The location is very central, within walking distance to both the historic centre and Getsemani neighborhood, and very safe to walk around. Tons of shops and restaurants nearby

Staff was very helpful. Had a room in the ground floor and the noise from the bar was crazy but they immediately changed my room to one on the 4th floor, which was also much bigger. The location is good right between the old city and Getsemani.

The noise from the bar in the rooms in the lower levels is really intense. The rooftop hangout area is not very welcoming, looks much nicer in the pics

Room had a musty smell, no hot water, wifi was really bad, bed hard as a rock, no cable so unsure what the tv was for. Overall overpriced for what is

They have not hot water for bath and there is no information in the platform. We have to cancel two o the three nights because the Airline Company went to bankrupt. Although we ask as soon as we got aware, the hotel has not contamplated returning part or total of the payment.

Everything was great. The staff were very helpful and kind. The laundry service was quick. Minimal english is spoken but they try hard to communicate with you and give you what you want.

They initially gave me towls but then took them away without replacing them. Maybe this was just a mistake. There is alot of noise however I was always tired in the evening so the noise didn't effect my sleep. I was on ground floor and couldn't open the curtains because other people could see.
