    Pros +

    • Loved this boutique style hotel in the heart of old town in walking distance of everything.
    • Location is perfect for walking in centro !
    • The staff! Some spoke a little English and helped me with my Spanish. I also used my translator when I had a difficult request to explain in Spanish.

    Cons -

    • Breakfast was average , definitely exploring the city for better dining options.
    • They provide earplugs if that helps. The street the hotel is on a major well traffic road, so it stays noisy at all hours all days. Staff arrange for airport taxis, but the driver always charged us twice as more. Use Uber!!! Will not return. Too loud
    • This may have been the smallest hotel room I have ever seen. There were spider webs all of the room, they had no toilet paper upon check in. Then our room door was open for hours with no notice due to the battery dying on the key.

The location was the best part of this hotel, everything else was lackluster.

This may have been the smallest hotel room I have ever seen. There were spider webs all of the room, they had no toilet paper upon check in. Then our room door was open for hours with no notice due to the battery dying on the key.

Location, cleanliness, staff, included breakfast. Jorge at the front desk is a rock star! Best service ever.

    9JANEPosted on: 12-14-2025

Breakfast was absolutely delicious and Jonathan and Mary and all the other staff were fantastic and their was a lovely variety of food, which were healthy and very good.

I wish the pool area were larger, but we spent the mornings there are after breakfast and thoroughly enjoyed.

The hotel is great, the staff are super friendly, and the breakfast is amazing — healthy and delicious options. The swimming pool area is small, but perfect on a hot day.

The only downside is that the room can be very noisy due to its location. If there's something happening on the street, you can easily hear it all night although the hotel does provide earplugs.

    Bien ubicado

    Bonito limpio

I loved the marble walls and the marble floors. The rooms have big mirror and the rooms are very spacious. They're comfortable bad, I had. Yes, it's a great sleep. I loved the buffet breakfast in the morning. Their delicious foods on the rooftop. The staff was very friendly and so professional on top of everything. And the hotel is literally located in the heart of the historical center of the city, which is wonderful, is very convenient. You can literally walk away all the stores all the historical buildings and attractions, and it's even close to the port, it's about fight 5 minutes to the marine port, where you can take different tours with boats and different tours with Agencies and companies to see different islands.

Modern look, good breakfast, rooftop restaurant, great service, perfectly located within the walled city

    Nothing to dislike

    1RicardoPosted on: 6-16-2025

The location is excellent. Five minutes away from the cathedral and surrounded by all kinds of small businesses.

I have never felt so disrespected and disappointed by a hotel stay in my life. From the moment I arrived, it was clear that this place operates more like an unprofessional venue than a professional establishment. I had paid for a suite, yet was given a regular room without explanation — a blatant scam. When I requested my room, they gave me a queen bed room, not what they had agreed through Booking.com. The walls were filthy, stained, and clearly hadn’t been cleaned in long time. While a few staff members tried to be friendly, they were utterly inefficient and most were outright rude. The maid, who seemed to have a personal vendetta against me, deliberately woke me up at 8 AM twice, despite the clear “Do Not Disturb” sign on the door. After that, she stopped making the bed properly — as if to send a message. It felt intentional and petty, like some strange punishment for expecting basic respect. I’ve stayed in many hotels, but never encountered such a complete lack of professionalism, service, and common decency. Avoid this place at all costs unless you enjoy being robbed of your money and your peace.

Liked the breakfast, the air conditioner, the wifi, the breakfast was good and the staff was nice

We didn’t like that the bathroom in the room takes too much space and that a lot of light comes into the room and that they didn’t warn us about the noise at nights

Location was very close to the clock tower. Welcome drink was delicious. Nice breakfast. Very helpful and friendly staff.

Quite noisy on the street BUT we chose the location and to stay somewhere so close you expect the noise.

    8PjamesplPosted on: 4-14-2025

It is a small but very well-designed room. It is very modern, with a big window and very efficient AC. The bathroom is excellent. Some staff—breakfast and cleaning—are fantastic—super friendly and efficient. Overall, it is in a great location, although it is never quiet. Breakfast was okay—not too fancy, but it was okay. It is possible to book a late check-out for an extra.

I was missing a fridge in the room. The cleaning amount was increased after discussing with the staff and was again adjusted to the correct amount.

    6GerardoPosted on: 4-9-2025

The hotel is located near the clock tower, an area that at night attracts many strange or unsettling people on the streets. There is also a lot of noise from nearby nightclubs and discotheques. The street in front of the hotel is dirty, and the building next door is an abandoned construction site, which adds to the overall feeling of neglect in the area.

    8FrancesPosted on: 4-8-2025

The hotel was very centrally located which is what I was after. Having read the reviews I knew this meant it was going to be quite noisy but the hotel provided decent ear plugs which worked really well and my sleep wasn't disturbed. The aircon worked well, the bed was very comfortable and the bathroom was nice. The staff were all friendly and helpful and happy to try to help despite my non existent Spanish.

I did enjoy my stay at this hotel but can't help feel the room I had wasn't as nice as I would have expected for the money I paid - although it was comfortable and met my needs.Don't book this place just for the pool. It's the size of a postage stamp and only has two deckchairs in the shade and two in the water in the direct sunshine. Unfortunately each time I went to use the pool the shaded chairs were in use so I couldn't make use of the space.

Great hotel. Very central location. Welcoming staff. Amazing breakfast. Just rooms are a little small.

    9TroyPosted on: 3-20-2025

Location is absolutely perfect. You are close to the town center, restaurants and bars. Mildred at the front desk was very nice and made sure we had everything we needed.

Not much to dislike, some of the night staff could be nicer but that’s it.

    5AndresPosted on: 2-24-2025

    Passable

There was too much noise coming from the rooftop, parties close to the hotel at night, they even leave earplugs in the room, which did not work. Very difficult to rest

We loved this hotel! Location was perfect, close to everything. The hotel is super nice, clean, nice sized rooms, the rooftop is perfect for a nice meal and to chill! Staff is so friendly and helpful! I would definetely stay here again! Ps. Food was awesome as well

    Everything was perfect!
