Everything!!! The people, rooms, the pool, the restaurant!!!

I loved how clean and modern the hotel looked. Everyone was so nice and helpful. The breakfast was included and it was excellent. I will return.

If you are traveling for another country besides Columbia, they will treat you like shit

The Man are over possessive I had two guys show up at my room at 4 o’clock in the morning complaining of smoke smell and that they need to come in and search came in and search it didn’t find anything but also want to stoop around

I had a terrace suite which felt a little bit unsafe since it had a view to a street that was kind of sketchy and there was no electricity cables or anything providing “coverage”. It was in a 2nd floor though

Beautiful hotel with great pools and good breakfast. Location was perfect for exploring Cartagena old town on foot.

Service at the restaurant and bar needs to be improved. Hard to get additional drinks etc in a timely manner.

The junior suite was beautiful. The staff, food, and the overall property were outstanding.

It was difficult for my friends from other hotels or who live in Cartagena to visit me.

The location and breakfast were amazing

Me and my husband stayed there for our honeymoon. Unfortunately we had a lot of problems with the A/C, the jets in the jacuzzi didn’t work, and the tv’s sound worked but the image didn’t.

The hotel is well located and the common areas are great.

Our AC wasn’t working properly and we had to call reception 3 times to get someone to fix it; they continued to assure someone was coming but we had to go directly to the main desk to resolve the issue. The use of the common spaces is overcrowded and the staff can hardly manage. Customers don’t respect the pool areas; we had to leave the pool due to the noise and lack of respect from other costumers, we flagged this to the staff but nothing was done.

The location, right outside the hotel there where so many people that looked like drug addicts and it made us feel a bit unsafe.

The absolute best accommodation I've ever stayed in my life. I went with my family, and my mom is pickier than me. She couldn't love it more. The staff is extremely nice and very well trained to make you feel welcome and giving you just enough attention that doesn't feel forced. The room was amazing, with a style that I appreciated, and top-notch designs and finishes. Super well thought out and beautiful. We also celebrated my mom's birthday and the staff made it feel special. Truly a place to come back. I also loved everything else (the rooftop bar, the pool, the FOOD was incredible!), but there's so much one can write here. If you're doubting, there's really no need. Go for it!

Hotel was absolutely wonderful. A group of us travelled from Canada to Cartagena for a wedding. The property was an oasis from the hustle and bustle of the old city. It’s centrally located in the beautiful Getsemaní neighbourhood. The pool area was stunning and a great place to pass the afternoon. Definitely try the breakfast at the hotel - a friend said it was the best buffet breakfast he’s had while travelling. All in all the property is beautifully decorated, modern and very aesthetically pleasing.

Rooms are a bit smaller than other hotels in the area. I didn’t mind this so much. One of the people in our group complained about their shower having low shower pressure. Ours was fine. My only complaint was that not all the rooms have ironing board and irons. But we borrowed our from our friend whose room had both.

Beautiful property, modern design, clean and neat, and great breakfast! I liked the neighborhood also. It’s an experience for sure!

Any changes can be hard but managed to get through a couple roadblocks in the end.

Osh was an absolutely incredible property and experience. Everything was so incredibly well designed and well thought out. The rooms were immaculate, the pool had great vibes and sun and the food was top tier including an unbelievable completely breakfast! Would highly recommend staying at Osh!

Hotel is in an amazing location with walking distance to everything. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The property was also very clean! I would definitely recommend.

The room and bathroom were really small for 2 people, and the lighting wasn't great as there's no overhead lighting. The hotel is very beautiful aesthetically, but the overall functionality wasn't the best.

Cool and hip hotel in Cartagena. Nice pools. The troops were smaller than other hotels we had stayed at but very comfortable. Breakfast buffet and options were excellent and we loved the location.

The showers back up a bit but we’re we’re only there for one night so no time to get it fixed. We got a double room w 2 queen beds and the room was very small, not much room for your luggage’s
