The pool

Construcción must be announced to guesses, we come and pay full price for what is just half of services. At The restaurant you wait for very long time to get your food and sometimes not getting what is offered.

The view, proximity to the beach and airport. The food was great too.

The view from the hotel room I was in was of another locations pool which you cannot access. It was kind of deceptive.

The rooms were clean drinks from outside bar were very good

Didn't like nothing at all. Had a really bad experience. Had to complaint 5 different time one cause the safe didn't open 2 fridge was leaking water 3 room key card didn't work 4 the bar close at 7:30pm imagine you on vacation and no drinks pss 7:30pm

Did not like the location far from everywhere. Had to use a taxi to go to th he good places. The food in the hotel was not great and was expensive. Hotel was located in a bad neighborhood so we couldn't go out for a walk on the beach. The pool close early

Hot water for showering!!! Clean drinkable water out of the tap! The staff was wonderful. The hotel is right on the beach. What else could you want?

I had to leave and return to the real world. I wish I could have just stayed forever.

After staying for an extended time we lacked a variety of food options.

The front desk professional Was absolutely amazing and worked very hard to resolve our issues. The pool bartenders were attentive.

Property boundaries were deceptive. As soon as we walked off pool deck we did know the property was not controlled by Holiday inn. Beach was unmanaged without arrangements for guests. No chairs. No umbrellas. Beach was unmaintained and filthy. Pool small.

The food is regular and the ingredients need to be improved fresher fruits, finer meats, better quality cheeses, fresh breads, fresher fish, in general the preparation in times and flavors is very deficient,the towels are old and rough.

The staff is very pleasant. The rooms extremely clean. Beautiful beach. Air conditioning was terrific. Nice breakfast layout. Excellent internet bandwidth using wi-fi. Good coffee.

The staff spoke very good English and the food was delicious.

It wasn't located near any of the attractions or any restaurants.

Check in was very slow & they allow people bypassing us even though we were on line for a long time,but the person @ the desk “LUIS” was so kind he even gave us a room upgrade to compensate for the incident.He was so kind he made sure to guide us on how to transport to the walled city & gave us a tour of the hotel,a very nice staff(LUIS @ the fromt desk)

The humidity in the room is very strong but I neleive this is a problem on the whole cartagena,the lines also smell moldy & himid,also is far from the city center but close with a car ride,we ised the hoyel transportation with a guy named RAMIRO another nice staff.Is far from the city center but is calm & the ocean wayer is clean & less vendors harassing ..

On the positive side, the staff remains the hotel’s strongest point—respectful, attentive, and helpful. The breakfast was varied and good.

I have stayed at this hotel before and had a better experience. Unfortunately, during this recent stay, the condition of the facilities has declined. The room showed clear signs of wear, including peeling furniture, humidity issues, and a noticeable damp smell.

The promotion of the SPA. It could be great but no one in front desk has idea of such service.
