Radisson Cartagena Ocean Pavillion Hotel

The staff, the food, the pool and the location. I especially liked as a female traveling alone there were precautions in place limiting access to other floors.

Nothing was disappointing.

Great hotel in a more secluded area of Cartagena. Every detail was Elevators were some of the best in the world.

The staff was very helpful. Room clean a little outdated.Breakfast nice.

Some areas were outdated.Small pool I find out the last day they had a pool Oman upper floor.

Room was damp, clothes never dried and started to smell. Gym is tiny and the 2 yoga mats were moldy and dirty. Plus no space to use them anyway.

Buffet breakfast. Comfortable beds. Helpful staff.

Cleaning staff did a very basic service, forgetting to pick up dirty cups and glasses and to replenish coffee station. Must say they did a better job once I complained.

The Service was wonderful . Some employees weren’t that great but some were wonderful .

The room wasn’t ready by the time we’ve got there. We waited over and hour.

In some moments it smells horrible within the room, as if burning garbage outside.

Old, poorly maintained hotel with terrible customer service, and far from all attractions. Terrible.

The Hotel is very far from the touristic area (20 min drive at least), the beach nearby is dirty, full of trash and empty beer bottles and cans everywhere. Staff is not attentive at all and they do little to solve your issues while you stay. They even started drilling for “maintenance” im the room next door at 08:00 am on a Saturday morning!!! Awful.

Staff were extremely nice and helpful. The hotel is very dated and feels old. The pool is small for the size of the hotel. Hot tubs were nice though.

Hotel AC was not working well they moved me to a different room new one worked better. Hotel is very dated and feels old. Lots of peeling paint in the room. Room fixtures are all famed and feels beat up
