The location is great and in the quiet area of Getsemani. The rooms are comfortable and the staff is amazing!

The only thing that can be improved is the lighting on the room, not much natural light and the lights should have dimmer giving more options.

Staff members were cheerful, friendly, accommodating...couldn't ask for more.

The people who work at Casa Jaguar are the best! Very friendly, cheerful and helpful. The breakfasts were delicious, varied and filling. Great location in Getsamaní, close to good restaurants and Plaza Trinidad. Loved the plunge pool and the lovely, verdant courtyard.

I can’t really say there was anything we didn’t like. We are open minded, easy going travellers so small things don’t bother us and not worth mentioning.

The closeness to centro and the port. It’s in a nice neighborhood and the staff are fabulous.

AC worked great! Could not beat the location, a stone's throw from the town square center, a bustling and vibrant party, all day and night, full of venders, dancing, restaurants. This area is an easy walk into the walled historic center and port. Fantastic service and delicious breakfast full of yummy choices! Very accommodating and helpful staff. Clean and safe.

This is a cute boutique hotel in the middle of a great neighborhood in Getsemani! I really enjoyed my stay and appreciated how friendly and attentive the staff were. Breakfast is great, the rooms are clean and comfortable, and the common areas are nice for relaxing in.

The room was beautiful and it was in a great location. There were nice touches like fresh flowers in the room each day. The food was delicious!

It's a very small hotel and they have the front locked throughout the day but someone is there to let you in 24 hours a day. I just felt bad making them open it for me late at night!

This place is the one to stay! Ditch the big branded hotels stay at Casa Jaguar. From the moment you walk in you feel very welcomed and relaxed. Each person you see on your way is so friendly and loving. Always with big smiles on their face. Located at the heart of the district with walking distance to many cultures spots. So many places around to go out for drinks and dinner. We wish we could stay here for longer! Rooms are so comfortable, huge beds and soft pillows. Personalized welcome card and fresh water available at any time. Breakfast was fresh and delicious made to your order. The coffee was so smooth and delicious! The staff is awesome. Kind, polite and friendly. Always ready to help. Ask them questions they will give you so many recommendations. Reception is always at hand. Casa itself is beautifully decorated, with nice size pool to dip and a little garden to relax.Don’t think twice! Book your stay before it’s full. You won’t regret a single minute.

As first timers in Cartagena we enjoyed the location in Getsemani which is a nice neighborhood with many things going on, and still not as crowded/busy as the town center (reachable in 10 min walking and always felt safe and controlled). Many thanks to the staff for their friendliness, especially at breakfast - I wasn’t feeling so well one day and was well taken care of. Superb breakfast. Many restaurants nearby-

Little detail but the fruits falling from the tree in the pool area felt a bit dangerous.

Fabulous gem of an oasis. We absolutely loved our stay here - gorgeous room, wonderful dipping pool, brilliant breakfasts, fantastically clean - but above all the Staff who were do so friendly & went over & beyond to make our stay magical - thank you!

The property was nice and clean. The location was good, only 10mins from city center. The service was incredible. The attention to detail from the staff was 10 out of 10, particularly from Lady. The food was also great.

Beautiful little hotel with very friendly staff and a delicious breakfast! We felt very welcomed and relaxed during our stay. The location is very convenient to many good restaurants and all Getsemani has to offer while still being quiet. I would book again!
