This is a beautifully designed boutique hotel with great attention to detail. The interior and ambience have a calming, almost Zen-like quality. The staff and service personnel were exceptionally kind and friendly. Breakfast was always delicious. I had many conversations with the team, and they are truly wonderful people. God bless them.

The hotel is in a perfect location - easily walkable to the Old City (less than five minutes to the Clock Tower) and sights in Getsemani. The lobby decor is beautiful and inspirational. The welcome drink is such a nice touch, and all of the staff are very friendly. The room has excellent AC and looks as it did on the website/booking.com. It was great to have slippers provided! The breakfast is delicious, especially the arepas and fruit.

Unfortunately, my room was on the fifth floor. It was quite a climb! It was a bit annoying to ring the doorbell and wait for entry, though the staff were very friendly each time. The cost was a bit high, but Cartagena generally has higher prices and it was prime season. I appreciate that the room included a tasty breakfast.

A little bit noisy in the night but not too bad.

The common areas are good, and the breakfast was decent.

The room was tiny for the cost. It had no ventilation or separation from the bathroom. The bathroom was basically inside the bedroom which seemed very disgusting. The tap in the sink was also broken. We stayed at a beautiful loft for a lower price with more amenities in Cartagena previously.

The electricity shutdown in the evening so they turned on the generator which was very noisy whole night. At night I also heard staff talking the whole time. It was unpleasant at 4am

Very, very good stay. Everything was comfortable and good. Breakfast, airconditioning, swimming pool, the rooms are great with television and a very nice shower. Don't know what we could wish more. Thank you!

Charming hotel, very well located in Getsemaní, simple breakfast, comfortable room.

The bathroom does not allow much privacy, It should be taken into consideration if you are coming accompanied.

The property was beautiful and cozy. The staff was extremely friendly and accommodating. Breakfast was good! Oh, and the location was perfect.

Loved the stay here - the place is gorgeous, so is the staff & breakfast was yummie! Most comfy bed I slept in during my 4 weeks in Colombia

Brilliant staff, comfortable room and bed. Very good air conditioning and smart room. We had a lower floor room facing the pool area. We didn’t use the pool in the end which is a little plunge pool but great for cooling off if you’ve got more time than we had. Breakfasts are nicely shared on a joint long table with other guests. Location is excellent in Getsemaní. I particularly want to thank the staff for allowing us to stay in the pool area after we checked out for a late flight. In addition the care (such as offering us water for free) once we had left the payment window I thought was very kind indeed. The welcome cocktail was unbelievably good.

The property is nice. The rooms however lack a space to place suitcases (we had to put ours on the floor )- they have no closets, only a rod that was installed at at least 8 ft from the floor, therefore practically impossible to reach. The ledges of the walls that enclose the toilet and the shower were covered in dustThe facet in our room was loose… these are all easy fixes and I hope management will take care of them!

The room was a little small. If you travel with a big luggage you won’t have a lot of space to actually open it

Very clean, great and quiet location. Fresh flowers all over :) The team was amazing, they made us feel at home! They took care of us and helped organizing our next destination in the islands. Everybody was so polite, helpful and caring! I definitely recommend this nice looking hotel, you won’t regret ;)

Lovely little hotel right in the middle of everything. Great breakfast! They even provide earplugs since it’s situated right at a party street.
