Spacious room with daily cleaning service offered. Filling breakfasts. The location of the accommodation was close to Centro and Getsemani.

Great location and breakfast

Extremely loud as you can literally hear everything from the street. No warm water either.

Overall it was good but no elevators and had to take all our luggage to the 4th floor.

No elevator and room didn’t have a blanket, I had to ask for a blanket

The location. It’s right next to everything. Walking distance. Staff is nice. They are trying but no one speaks English. Martin was very sweet. The people at the dining room super sweet!

No one speaks English. We were on the 3rd floor, and the noise from the cars outside felt like we were sleeping on the road. No isolation in the windows/ walls. There aren’t hot water in the shower, they are luk warm. I thought the upgrade for the balcony is the one with the jacuzzi out. Instead it’s an empty balcony with no chairs facing the road. Not worth it.

What a marvelous place to stay in Cartagena. The staff was excellent as were the breakfasts. The room was very comfortable all the way around. A delight.

This fabulous room was on 4th floor so we got to walk the yummy treats we had in the city.

Location is good.

It is super noisy, no voice proof at the windows, there was a disco near our Hotel, it was almost impossible even with earings. Breakfast was super short hours and It wasn't a good breakfast. The rooms are low ceilling. One of my friends room was very small, mine was ok. There was no HOT WATER at the shower. It is always risky to stay at Boutique Hotels and this was not a good choice.

Without notification being booked at the 4th floor (for 80-year guests) was really not normal.The day after we could move to the 3rd floor, but for our age still quite uncomfortable.The hotel appeared to be halfway in a renovation process that was stalled. Albeit the renovated rooms made a luxurious impression there were quite some little unfinished things, which is regrettable.

The location was excellent. Breakfast did not meet my expectations. I would have liked some options of pastries or at least some croissants. The second day, the bread was not fresh.

Very cool old renovated building with a charming aesthetic! The rooftop view is lovely, the rooms are cozy, well-equipped, and the staff were top-notch! Highly recommend!

We reserved the hot tub and Al thought the space is really nice, unfortunately it was more of a ‘tepid-tub’…we still enjoyed it for more than an hour but it could use some more heat.

Great location, great food, lovely hosts.Very much a family vibe - staff were so accommodating and we were so grateful for all they did. The terrace is really undersold on booking.com, this was a fantastic way to spend some time relaxing from the mayhem on the streets!Candy, Jaime and Gabriel made our stay extremely enjoyable - everyone else was fantastic too, we just didn’t catch the names!

The property is close to the center and it was very clean + breakfast included. Also people working there were nice and friendly!

The hotel is very old and that doesn’t show in the pictures posted in Booking. it’s also next to a club/pub, so our room was very very noisy at night. although the area was close to the center, which is good, we didn’t feel very comfortable (possibly because of the pub next door!)

We enjoyed our stay at this place and would recommend it to anyone seeking reasonably priced accommodation in a convenient location close to most of the city's amenities.

The only downside was the extreme noise from the nearby club, which can be challenging to deal with every night. While the breakfast was above average in quality, the seating area was limited, making the experience less comfortable. However, the hospitality and friendliness of the staff were exceptional—far exceeding what you might typically find anywhere in the world.

It is a beautiful hotel in a great location. Our room was very comfortable and the staff was awesome. Breakfast was included and it was delicious.

FYI most rooms are on the 3rd & 4th floors. Stairs only.

Didn’t let a friend of ours come up to the rooftop for a drink or just to sit around in the daytime even.
