Yes, unfortunately, I stayed in room 951 and the room was beautiful, but my son got attacked by bugs, which I thought were mosquitoes. It got infected and I had to take him to the doctor when I got home and he said it was bed bug bites.

The people

Pool closes to early. Everyone comes out at night when the weather cools. 8:30 pm way too early.

The location is great . It was an easy taxi ride to food, walled city, bocogrande plaza and historical center.

The Hilton needs to upgrade the outdoor pool furniture. The beach needs to be raked and more sand added. The Hilton is missing a major opportunity to build up the beach access in Cartagena . In summary, the grounds could use a facelift. The food is bad!

We are from USA visited x 5 nights. We had our 4 and 6 yr old boy. We loved the food and restaurants. Service was good. We had a suite that had a lot of space.

The view is amazing, rooms are really spacious and price wise it was overall a good deal.

Streets in Cartagena get flooded fairly easy and the best thing about the hotel is also the worst, its location. Since the hotel lies at the end of the peninsula, we had to withstand heavy traffic pretty much at any hour.

The atmosphere is so nice. Pool area is great. Access to everything nearby. Staff is very friendly.

The rooms could have been a bit more clean.

Direct access to the beach

The hotel stairs near the pool going into the hotel don¿t have the anti slippery and my dad who is 75 years old fell down. They should address that issue

The photos of the hotel and the beach do not reflect reality at all. The water in front of the hotel is dark and polluted with fecal material. No one should be in that water. The hotel is in a terrible state of repairs. Water in the bathtub had alg

The staff and overall experience. The Hilton Cartagena hotel met and surpassed my expectations. The hotel maintain Covid standards and controlled the flow of people in a excellent manner. I loved my stay and will come back as soon as possible.

Location

The main pool was being redone. Many of the staff don't speak English which was surprising for an American hotel chain.

Where to begin? Amazing staff, great location, wonderful breakfast. Everything exceeded my expectations. Big kudos to the staff, they went above and beyond, always with a smile on their face

Food

Ugh, it is impossible to enjoy the beach. So many peddlers harassing guests the second you step out. Would rather have stated in old town since no beach time was had.

The building is beautiful, staff still needs more education to treat guests, the decoration is nice, food of the brunch delicious, location is far but nice

The staff gets extra tip from guest, so there is never enough chairs in the pool, PLUS, NO UMBRELAS and you get burn, the staff of the pool is very poor, i saw a lot of families with babies that didnt have a place to sit, and everything is "reserved"

Nice service at front desk

They put us in a moldy room with rusty lamps upon arrival. We requested to be moved and they loved us but there was mold on the headboard and we couldn't believe they would try to put us there. Smell was causing coughing and allergies.

As always, everything from the staff, to the breakfast is superb!

Ice. Sometimes there is no ice available close to my room! :)

I did not like that the hotel did not provide a microwave for their guests.
