near to the beach

not quite at all, you can hear all noise from the street. the tv only has 3 channels and no volume. only one towel for shower but not towel to dry hands.

Not much, ok bed

The breakfasts were terrible, the front desk act like they are doing you a favor attitude, there were rooms available online, but not through the front desk, alsi they accused us of stealing the sheets, when my wife just put them out. We basically cleaned our own room

It wasn’t on the center, but it was close to the convenience, store and close to convenience restaurant

Everything was very assessable

The older lady at the breakfast. She was a breath of fresh air. Can't remember her name, but she was definitely the high light of our stay

Didn't like the room it was dirty.the shower wasn't something to write home about. bed wasn't comfortable, and I had a lot of noise coming from the 15 radiators on the wall outside my room. It's a low-budget hotel. It's probably ok if you're a student or on a budget. I know there's better budget hotels in cartagena

it was a good place to stay and family friendly pool! people was kind.

after 18 was not a good idea to came out so feels like prison

The manager is a nice person.

There are several issues, it does not have secure parking, it is completely alone without surveillance and the place is unsafe, it does not have hot water, and there is a very strong echo when the people speak seem to be inside the room, the bathroom is super uncomfortable, the lid of the toilet broken and stuck to the wall, I will never return to this hotel

There was nothing to like about our room we were given.

The lock on door was broken, there was no security in the room. The toilet seat was broken and there was no shower head, and the shower was cold. The neighbouring rooms were making excessive noise until 2 am in the morning, slamming doors, arguing and swearing.

the bed was so hard it was like sleeping on a sheet of rock. The hotel did not provide any towels. The walls are paper thin. the neighborhood dogs bark incessantly during the night.

Too many people hanging out all over. Safe and friendly but too many.

Friendly & Efficient Staff.

No furniture. Smelled like vomit and bleach. Thin sheets. No blankets. Very noisy. Purchased room with balcony and did not receive one. No ventilation or windows. No locks on door inside room. Hard, uncomfortable mattress. Only 2 small pillows. Strong concerns about cleanliness of mattress and sheets (sheets were so thin they barely separated the mattress from bare skin).

The staff was amazingly helpful. The location to the beach and local grocery store was fantastic.

The room had a horrible mildew stench. There is no sound barrier between the hallway wall/window. You can hear everything from everyone outside in the hallways. There was a Christian band/service on the 4th floor at 8 something in the morning on a Saturday that lasted all day. This service was so loud that I had to leave the building all day. The hotel never forewarned the guest aboutthis nuisance.

There is nothing good in Playa Norte Hotel

The building is very dirty ‘ the bedroom is full of ants , the pillows are awful and we couldn’t sleep one night because it was full of teenagers having birthday party at the apartment in front of us with music very loud until 4AM It was a disaster my stay in this place. Just cold shower and the lock of the door have a very poor security .

Disappointing

There was no hot or cold water options in the shower... Basically just a hose dangling from the wall with mediocre temperature... Other than that it was ok

Nothing is sheet Holl,Barry bad area ,i left the place in one hr . charge my for un night. That foto is when that hotel was made.sorry for not sharing fotos, investigation....

Dirty place ,need update the fotos need to close that please. Barry dangerous area.the room smells lake ? cat pepe. No company needs to offer that please to travelers.

Every day clean

Location, turistic points, far away of all interesting place in the city and place for the food

the staff is friendly

they didn’t include the towel. I had to go to to the reception to ask for one

Neighborhood is slightly sus but worth the price. Staff was helpful rooms clean.

Terrible, I wouldn't recommend anyone to go there, they did not meet the expectations for the price, no elevator, lazy staff, difficult access to parking lot, it is located in a loud and what seems as unsafe neighbourhood, so bad!

I did not like anything about this place!
