Excellent location, decent and clean room. Breakfast was really good and friendly staff. I wouldn't mind coming back.

Room was smaller than expected but it didn't matter this time since all we wanted to do was sleep and take a shower.

The staff made me feel insecure when handling my identification documents. Furthermore, I had to leave my key at the reception always and that also made me feel unsafe. The bed clothing was also dirty

The lady at the front desk was very friendly and helpful. my wife and I would like to thank her so very much she is very professional lady, the breakfast and room was great many thanks Charles and Karen

Smell humidity

I’m Colombian-American , the clerk Henry wanted to charge more money than was agreed upon in booking ( extra money). I didn’t have agree with that. He was very rude

I really don't understand how can you call these "suites"; it's even not a room, it's only a box without windows.A lot of noise outsider, it's impossibile tò sleep, One of the worst hotel in my life and Is also expensive

The rooms in the pictures looked much better than reality. The condition of the rooms and toilets were quite poor, it wasn’t very clean, there was mould on the bathroom walls, there was a hole on the shower floor and we saw insects coming out from the hole. There was no wifi signal at all in the rooms. It was so noisy all the time.

Near the beach. Ample room.

Air conditioner didn't work properly. Had to switch rooms. Water was warm in the hot weather so no refreshing showers.

The staff is really great and willing to help

unfortunately, the rooms do not match the pictures, the rooms are very small, no windows and we were right in front of the common area, impossible to have any quiet after 4:30am, and the bathroom was completely dirty. In the end we decided not to stay the full time there and move somewhere else.

Wasn't expecting the hotel to be so small, was more like a hostal.

The guests were extremely noisy bring earplugs. It's doable for 1 or 2 nights.

our room was unfortunately near the common area and there was a large group who were very loud until quite late, so try to ask for a room not near there if you’re staying here. Also thought this place a lot of money for the standard of hotel for one night.

Nicely clean. No noise from outside which is important in Cartagena. Nice breakfast. Kind and helpful staff. They were able to fix the drainage issue in the shower.

I'd booked for 2 but when my partner couldn't come, the hotel couldn't change it to a single-person booking, unfortunately. So it was expensive for this type of accommodation. That whole week Bocagrande had huge traffic jams by day amd night so I couldn't get in or out of Bocagrande to the center for hours.

The staff was very courteous and helpful.

Too much noise late at night. The breakfast could be much better. The rooms need to be upgraded.
