It was in a good location. Close to a lot of things we wanted to do. Also good food options nearby.

It had a very small bathroom.

The place where they served breakfast. It overlooked the city and was beautiful. I also liked the chic design and great nearby dining options.

Nothing stood out other than the site could use a person whom speaks the English language.

Rooms looked dated, shower looked gross you look up it look kind of moldy. I changed from 2 nights to only 1.

Location and people friendly great breakfast

The location was great. A lot of good restaurants nearby and a medium walk to Walled City (better to go by taxi so you do not get tired early, and return walking, so you avoid the hassle of finding a taxi/uber). About 300m before the Walled city you get in to the Harbor Gates to get the boats to Rosario Islands (better to go by taxi so you do not get tired early, and return walking, so you avoid the hassle of finding a taxi/uber). If you get a Private Boat, the Bocagrande pier is just two blocks away.

We booked for 3 people and the extra bed was not ready. At first slow staff in front desk, them a faster one resolved the issue. Breakfast is low quality and overcrowded - we went in the restaurants nearby for breakfast in many days, so it was an extra expend not factored in when we made the reservation. We booked the New Years night event and it was way overpriced (more than USD100/person, beverages not included) and the food was medium quality and not enough for the guests, it was by far the worst cost-effectiveness activity in the trip.

The location of the property was near to activity spots.

The housekeepers came to the room every day, yet they did not clean the floor or furniture. They only spend the bed and change towels

My room wasn’t clean the floor the bed was missing the cover sheets the bathroom was horrible.

The location was great and the staff was friendly! Beautiful rooftop.

There are a couple of spots that need some maintenance (door to the parking lot, replacing cushions by the pool, painting needed in some places, towels that had bleach stains and holes).

The room was not clean i had to call front desk 3 times to have my room completely clean after i checked in bedding had make up all over it , room dusty bathroom floor inside shower filthy with black mold in grout of tile , bony at property speaks english i had no wifi in my room only down stairs in the lobby !

Good location, great rooms, very clean, staff friendly and helpful

They only have one elevator and waiting times can be up to 10-15 minutes

The hospitality was excellent especially the customer service from the staff and the restaurant waitress name RUTH” she was very knowledgeable with the dinner selections and compliments to the chef ??

very central location, close to everything, with several nightlife alternatives. good breakfast.

The food was good, for us was the only good point.

I requested a room with a nice view because our trip was for my mom birthday and the hotel didn’t pay attention to me, next day I requested again a room with view to see at least part of the ocean and always they said we will take care of this but they didn’t and didn’t even said nothing, was like they didn’t care. It was not nice from them, they were not serious and I paid a very expensive room with a chicken restaurant view, that didn’t make us happy! Also, The hotel open the swimming pool late in the morning, and close it early at night, we were outside most of the time but when we were back we wanted to use the pool and was closed.

Hotel did not provide breakfast in earlier check outs. It’s a 4 stars hotel, part of a great chain and it’s quite disappointing that if you leave before 6:30 am in weekends this hotel do not give you a simple breakfast ( I am only asked for a coffe and bread).

I liked the location and the air conditioner. Fruit selection was good.

The bathroom shower stall had mold. The water pressure was not good and the bathroom got wet each time we took a shower. The breakfast selection was also not good. Few pastry options but they were cold and hard.
