Great location, good breakfast in the morning, comfortable beds, A/C in the rooms.

No potable water in the room. Slow elevator. Did not like that the hotel did not provide a water filling station downstairs. I dislike buying disposable plastic bottles when traveling in other countries.

The concierge, Andres could not do enough for us. He made great recommendations and reservations to suit our tastes!!

No dresser with drawers in bedroom, no double sink for couples, no tissues, needed to ask for wash cloths.No toaster at breakfast.

The best is the location and friendly staff

The roof top was closed 2 nights due to a private event, this is an inconvenience for the guests

The location is excellent, rooms were clean and comfortable. Restaurant' breakfast was awsome!!

The hotel is nice, the bedrooms are new and clean. Well located.

Don't expect to come back from your day trip or walk and be able to use the pool. They close it for events, so from the nights I spent there I didn't have the chance to use it once, and sincerely speaking that was one of the main reasons why we chose this hotel.

the hotel was really conveniently positioned in the old town. roof top bar and pool were N unexpected bonus. Room was huge and beautiful. Peruvian restaurant attached service fantastic food and the breakfast (included in the room rate) was superb

We chose the Santa Catalina to stay at before our wedding, and we also did our welcome event at the hotel's rooftop. We recommended the hotel to our guests as well. We had stayed there before in a prior visit to Cartagena and we loved it, the staff are super friendly, the location of the hotel is fenomenal to move around the Old City, and the rooms are very comfortable. We had the best time there, highly recommend! The suite was very comfotable and although there was music at night the room had an Alexa that you could use to play relaxing music that would drown out the outside noise (although the outside music doesn't go until very late either way). The swimming pool is great and the rooftop has a great view. The hotel also allowed us to leave our bags before our check in time, which was very helpful. We are very happy that we chose this hotel for our welcome party, it was fenomenal!

I’ve been there before and it seem a change on management because the breakfast used to be excellent and now is average. The room was good but the hotel seem deteriorated.

Everything. Olivier at reception was very helpful, friendly and profissional. They store our luggage for 4 days as we have another reservation qit them after visiting Tayrona park

Great location, inside the old city, walking distance to main monuments and tour activities/pick up areas (Isla de Rosario port, chivas tour, monuments tour, old city tours).Walking distance to great restaurants and colonial streets.Great breakfast selection and best dinner on the roof top which has 360 views of the old city.
