Bad food, poor preparation, not very well-stocked, I got sick and had indigestion from that food, poor service, cockroaches in the room, urine smell in the room, pool with too much chlorine, poor structural maintenance.

Absolutely nothing but the location, this shouldn’t even be on booking.com, it so dirty and old it’s dangerous.

Bed gives you back pain , heat is insoportable, elevators is semi broken, I honestly couldn’t believe this is on booking and has 3 stars.The bed has all sort of stains and so do the pillows, absolute nightmare of a hotel.They even tried to open my suitcase since the numbers were different and my backpack had the zipper at the other side. Luckily I only had dirty clothes in that bag.

I made res with booking it clearly said breakfast included but hotel refused it, supervisor didn't even come out to explain , no phone In my room or it was well hidden, ac couldn't be controlled if we turned off ours the floor would be affected,view was very nice but I would never stay there again

All the staff members we met were very friendly and helpful.The food was very good and menu was different everyday.The location is great, very close to the beach and lot of shops around.

Looks like the facilities need some maintenance, doors, taps and floor are in poor conditions.The restaurant is spacious and the food was lovely, but unfortunately the experience is spoiled because is extremely hot in there, there is not air conditioning in common areas.

STAY AWAY ?????the entire hotel smells like rotten fish the rooms are extremely small and the rooms don't match the picture at all. the place is a mess. when checking In there was only one person at the desk, nobody speaks English the entire lobby is hot no air conditioning. and when my girlfriend walked in they charged me extra 20$ because they claimed that I only booked for one person. the rooms haven't been painted probably since they build it. I would never ever recommend even for my enemy to stay at this hotel it's bad with a capital B

When I went up to the top floor I saw a pool but I was immediately surprised because it was dirty and beer can was inside the pool so I left disappointed I couldn't get in and enjoy the whole view of the city of Cartagena

The receptionist the girl is not unprofessional. The air conditioning wasn’t working during the day, the were a leak in the bathroom, not phone, no security box works, not microwave in the entere hotel

Service and rooms were bad only one person was very courteous and that was the person that took my luggage to the room

The room I chose had a perfect view of the beach and the area! I paid a little extra for it but It was definitely worth it. The staff were so nice although I don’t speak much Spanish, they still went out of their way to help me , so kind!

There’s no AC in the elevators and the elevator takes a while to come.
