Very stylish, clean and has a great location.

Service was poor. appliances such as Iron, hairdryer did not work. The shower was very poorly designed and floods the entire bathroom. Reception staff had poor knowledge about tours and misguided us on travel to outer islands.

Very friendly and helpful staff combined with an excellent location for visiting Cartagena.

Minor thing: there is a bit of a musty damp odor due to the climate and age of the property. This is inevitable given the hot humid tropical climate and the age of the building. Nothing serious and should not discourage anyone from staying there.

The character of the place was fantastic!

I wish they had some bilingual (English/Spanish) front desk staff as my Spanish is broken.

Gorgeous hotel. Staff super friendly and helpful. Rooms just beautiful and so comfortable. Fabulous breakfast. Cooks and serving staff very friendly and helpful.

The problem with the room 106 was the sunken tub/shower was able to be viewed by the above neighbors two windows that were right above the tub area. We could also hear quite clearly the upstairs conversations and foot traffic.... they are NOT quiet rooms as advertised... the conversations in the foyer right outside the door where a swing was located was quite noisy as well... even at night when people were returning from a night out in the town.

The only thing that didn't meet our expectations is mentioned above. We expected to use our deep tub in privacy and not being viewed by our upstairs neighbors direct viewing. In addition, it appeared that the tub had not been scoured in a while... needed a cleaning... we probably wouldn't had taken a bath in the tub anyway due to the scum in the corners of the tub...see picture

The breakfasts were good, the location excellent, the staff was exceptional, from the moment we arrived until we left.

Great location, beautiful property (even better than the pictures), well-appointed and comfortable room and bed, excellent breakfast, wonderful service (German and staff every breakfast and Sebastian at check-in), pretty and quaint common areas. Hotel held our bags and gave us towels and toiletries to shower by pool area to accomodate late departure.

On a couple of occasions, shower water was only warm, not hot. This seems to be somewhat common in Colombia.

Beautiful property, room 216 is great and spacious, I loved the bathroom.The food is delicious and the pool is wonderful at the end of the day.

The staff at the hotel is exceptional! The breakfast was excellent and other meals I ordered throughout my stay were prepared with care. My bed in my room was very comfortable an overall the accommodations were impeccably clean.

My only complaint is the the walls are very very thin and noise from other guests was unbearable at times. I could hear distinctly every word of the conversations of the people in the room next door. The amenities (pool lounge area) could also use some upkeep.

Try to communicate with the staff before getting there to try some of their “experiences” but never answers me, told the people at the check in and they didn’t care at all, not explanation or anything, also gave the a room with 2 double vets side by side, when I booked a king bed. It killed the vibe a bit.

Cleanliness, kindness of staff, location, unique features.

The location is perfect. Within walking distance of all the must-see places. The 37-room hotel is beautiful and charming. Giovanny and his team at the front desk were superb, providing excellent recommendations and support to book reservations. Room was excellent in terms of size, comfort (fantastic bed!), and look and feel (great shower!). Elizabeth kept everything nice and shiny. Breakfast was delicious, with many fruits, cereals, bread, great coffee, and the excellent cooking of Jeneicer and her team (Merjory and Deyanira). The famous Arepa de Huevo was scrumptious! Last but not least, the courteous and kind service of German and Ronald made our wedding anniversary celebration a truly memorable one (including a gift of a great basket with fruits and goodies). Definitely, a must come back boutique hotel.

Absolutely nothing.

The hotel is nice with several swimming pools that although not large serve the purpose, the surrounding areas are very pleasant. The breakfast, although not very varied, is not bad. the staff are very friendly! they changed our room immediately when we noticed a series of situations. Close to clock tower

Location is perfect, the interior (gardens) and roof terrace are beautiful and beds were new and comfortable. Combine that with really nice people working there and we had top stay

Our room was large, comfortable, clean, quiet, and cool. The location is wonderful and the staff goabove and beyond to be helpful and friendly. Hermon was especially helpful. The rooftop pool is not luxury but is very nice. The hotel is charming. The only con is that the food for lunch/dinner could be better.

Lovely staff , safe place. They stored our luggage when we went to the rosario islands for free and let us use the amenities on our return even though we had checked out 2 days earlier

What an exceptional hotel. Our room was gorgeous, the breakfast was delicious and the rooftop pool was delightful. Special thanks go to German, Daniela and Arnold who looked after us during our stay. I would most definitely recommend this hotel to others.
