Great Location in the city and close to various retail shops. Wave Mall next door. Friendly staff and Good options for breakfast.

Hotel is supplying tiny plastic bottles for toiletries like Shampoo ,Body Wash etc. which firstly is not in sufficient quantities and secondly not an environmentally friendly practice, as lot of empty plastic bottles will go in landfill. Should consider other suitable environmental friendly and larger pack size alternatives .Also, corridor carpets look a bit dated, could do with refresh.

Cockroach for 2 days was my roommate, that was really shocking. Even though it was highlighted multiple timesRoom didnt have a view which is ok, but the smoke from the kitchen felt sometimes I am living in a tandoor kitchenHyatt Brand, we expected more but at best it was functional. 5 Star means a certain standard, no way near closeOnly reason I am giving a 5 is the upgrade and a few staff members attitudeSOPS need to be put in place for personalised customer service, the touch is missing.

Only Lobby looks fancy but rooms smells very bad

Spacious, facilities and food

Communication responses were delayed on the 1st day but all were rectified with promptness and care from the second day.

Breakfast was awesome. The restaurant staff was amazing. Saphi, Neha, Jyoti, Raman, Varinder (manager), Nylla and Ajay provided outstanding service. We would come back just to enjoy their hospitality again.

The front desk staff could use more training

The staff were really helpful and stored our luggage for 2 days as we went on a pilgrim and then stayed a further two night at the Hyatt.

Liked everything. Specially Komal at the front desk was amazing. The room.had the view to the Ferozepur expressway, which was simply brilliant.

The breakfast service is abysmal. The staff is slow, the choice is poor and the staff keep talking amongst themselves, and least interested to know the guest's requirement.

Location, value for money.

Some amenities need to be improved, eg air conditioning, leaky electric kettle.

Great stay. Comfortable. Good location. Nicely done and great reception and house keeping staff - neerat and komal great! Only slight downside was the pace and helpfulness of the kitchen staff - service was a bit slow and had to really work hard to get staff attention. Although gagandeep was soo helpful and friendly; brilliant service. And the sous chef was brilliant and so careful with my mums allergies.

The rooms weren’t upto the hyatt’s standards. The carpet was very dirty and had stains on it.

Great service everyone was very helpful but the hotel is old and the facilities don’t all look maintained. Location was quite convenient for us though.

1) i booked room for 1N thru booking.com without B/Fast. B/fast charges were mentioned 899+taxes separately on the app But i was charged 999+taxes which is higher . On asking i was told the TARRIFS ARE NOT UPDATED ON THE APP ... this was a ridiculous answer . who is responsible fr it ? I should hv been charged as per the rate mentioned on the app at the time of booking !!!! Although differential amount is not much , but this should not hv happened considering we are delaing with a 5 start property here .....2) the room assigned to me was 5030 at the FAG END OF THE 5th floor. the room seemed neglected & not done up properly with basic amenities missing from the washroom. There was a stink in the room as it had not been used or aired in quite a while 3) NOT AT ALL HYATT STANDARD . PLS DO SOMETHING I am a regular visitor to Ludhiana & always stay at Hyatt as i used to find it a good hotel with pleasant experience. But since last 2-3 stays i find the quality is deteriorating .

Breakfast was very Good and quite Lavish.

Airconditioner Temperature in rooms needs Improvement. As it's difficult & takes a lot of time to adjust Temperature.

The property was spacious, room was very good, the breakfast was quite good too. Above all else, the staff were really good and attentive!

Staff at the time of check in was indifferent and lacked cordiality. Service is very bad in all areas. Any request for a smallest of an article like small scissors requires at least 3 phone calls and a long wait. Housekeeping made the room but didn’t give me any more water bottles beyond the one lying unopened from the first day. It is a big waste of money. They must down grade themselves honestly to 1 star lodge. Not a five star hotel. That is a fraud!!!

Breakfast was OK But the corridor sticky carpet. The whole carpet needs replacing.

Not enough seating area in reception area .

The rooms were so dirty- carpet was heavily stained- no vacuum- they never out enough towels or toilet paper in the rooms - staff was convincing me that my shower was not plugged until I told them to run the water long enough for a shower Then they fixed it Horrible experience I would not recommend this - booed it cause Hyatt Amritsar was amazing

i stayed for 5 days....2 out of those, the housekeeping forgot to clean the room. Once becasuse the DND light was on previously (or inadvertantly) and second time they just missed. Very poorly trained staff...theres one person working (struggling) and 3/4 watching...just a bad experience!
