Hotel Park Plaza Ludhiana

The bed was comfy

Bathroom seat was partially broken and so was the flush button

Hotel sanitation so poor their drainage was totally blocked.

Lobby looks good. Location is good. Place needed major updates to bring in to modern standard

Appears old and dated . Food was below average for 5 star

This property truly deserves a detailed review...Each and every person working here knew the essence of customer satisfaction.Vijay and specially Mr Manjot at the front desk were truly amazing and super helpful right from checkin until assisting me with my intercity travel arrangements at checkout. After being exhausted travelling 16 hrs straight, the hospitality I experienced in the club lounge at the hands of Mr Pawan and Vaibhav was simply priceless. Tried the Spa package and must say it was the best muscle recovery treatment I could have asked for. Morning breakfast was a huge spread, catering to the different tastes and palates. On my request, the F&B team made arrangements for me to sit outside in the garden and relish a truly royal breakfast experience. A chat with the chef during breakfast and having chefs special kulchas was very blissful. And finally thank you to the humble shy guy who brewed me a perfectly balanced masala chai to kick start my day. A big shout out to the GM and the higher management, you guys have made the best team in business ... Thank you and wishing you many more accolades in the future. Looking forward to be pampered again soon!!!

2 things: - I didn't get my family along to enjoy the experience - I had only one night to stay, due to my busy schedule.

Good location, comfortable stay, great breakfast, staff extremely polite & helpful. I've stayed here before and will definitely come again

Missed the bathtub this time

Beautiful Lobby

Bathroom spaces, communication responses for in room dining services (QR code for in room dining has to be checked).

Room was old and tired first room was too small d was andnot acceptable

The staff were delightful. The location was great. The food options were adequate and the serving staff were delightful and very attentive.

The glass door on the bathroom is weird and difficult. The switches for the lighting are very confusing. Roller blind on window was broken so we couldn’t see out. Just general maintenance needs attention.

The hotel building is massive and is slightly dated. It needs cleaning from outside as avian droppings can be seen everywhere when one looks out of the window. There was an odd mosquito lurking in the room. The bed was very clean and comfortable and so was the toilet. The room service was efficient. Breakfast is very well laid out and young staff tries their best to serve the guests. But probably they need better equipment because the hot water for the tea was not really ‘hot’. And teaspoons on the table don’t hurt. The hotel should make realistic attempt to arrange reasonable car drop to the rail station rather than quoting a price which is ten times that of a normal taxi fare. The reception staff Varun, Diya and Reema were efficient and very helpful and deserve special mention. The staff is doing their best under the circumstances.

Great location, excellent staff.

My in room mini bar kept shutting off but staff still made the effort to work around it

Very clean & NeatWell Maintained and Vishakha & Reema were very helpful with the check in & Check out process

Pathetic approach of staff and the company managing this property operated by Sarovar Hotels

This Hotel is maintained very poorly The approach ramp has permanent cars parked. In case of emergency there is a chance of greater mishaps than normalVery poor hygiene in the roomThey need to invest in the upgrade of the hotelWill never recommend this property to my enemies too

Iron / iron board can be better...

Excellent

The staff was really good, but Hotel's condition was like cheap hotel rooms basin was broken stans on the washroom wall. The mattresses are very uncomfortable and cheap. The food was not good at all, not worth a penny.Total waste of money I may get a better room in 3K in Ludhiana instead of paying Park Plaza 8K for a night. Not at all happy.

Staff was welcoming and helping
