They then changed that room after complaining that matter. We got another room which was full of bugs. We couldn’t sleep a night in that hotel. Because of booking.com policy, we couldn’t cancel that shitty hotel. They didn’t provide any toiletries, tissues,shampoo nothing. Only two sopa was given. Don't you ever try this shittiest hotel.This hotel is a total scam

Good hotel. Clean rooms. Tasty and hygienic food. Very enjoyable stay. The staff was very courteous and helpful. Rooms were very comfortable and clean with fresh sheets. Best possible location to stay in Srinagar by Dal Lake and very good hotel for a perfect vacation.

We had a wonderful stay at Hotel Ab-i-Hayat, the location is the best, just few steps away from Dal Lake and Boulevard road. the hotel seemed recently renovated and was well maintained. It also has a gym on the ground floor and its an amazing part of the hotel. We were tourists who traveled from UAE and were very impressed by the professional conduct and helpful nature of the hotel staff. We recommend all families to stay here, its great value for money
honestly no complaints
We enjoyed the stay a lot. The close proximity to the dal lake made it easy and lot more fun. The hotel was recently renovated and the room experience was comfortable for the offered price. Would highly recommend it!
The location is amazing. it is right besides dal lake and every other local landmark is very nearby. the rooms are spacious and have all basic amenities. the staff is super courteous and can arrange for anything that is needed. seems like they have recently upgraded their rooms so it looks like a very new place altogether. so much better than what is seen in the photos. recommended 10/10 to all travellers.
They provided ketli for what water.
Everything was so dirty. Room was not clean. Bed cover ,blanket everything was dirty. I felt itching in my body. They need to maintain it more properly. Cleanliness is very much important.
