A good location near Dal gate. Near by market has ATM`s , Restaurants and other consumables easily available. Restaurant at hotel is good.

Rooms can be better managed, like daily refilling consumed soaps, vanity`s, Tata play expiry, electrical tripping issues for geyser, fridge etc. Although solved after feedback.

The staff is good and very Helpful the Amunties r good the food also good

The biggest turn off is the long walk uphill to come from the gate to the reception. Rooms are over priced with no breakfast included where my average price for 2 days was above 26K.

Excellent property with beautiful views and great location! Needs a little updating. Amenities need to be upgraded. The spa was not the cleanest. Be prepared to wake up very early if in the C wing due to morning Azan, which is beautiful by itself. The buffet for breakfast was quite good.

Location and staff were great. Breakfast buffet was fresh and delicious. Bed was comfortable.

1. Poorly maintained facility. Everything looks dated, with scatches, damages etc. This property needs some renovation and better maintenance.2. Had to change rooms as the AC wasn't working. Even the final room that I ended up in, had a weak AC.3. I saw three rooms and none of them had a shower door. This caused the entire bathroom floor to be really wet after a shower.4. Flooring had cracks and chips. Other surfaces were dirty and not well maintained.This is not a 4 star hotel by any means. I would rate it as a 3 star property. Not worth the price I paid for it.

I need to stay in big building which can provide garden to walk at least. And not expecting divided building to move with steps for a senior citizen. So please don’t make uneasy your Coustomer with UN complete information.

Must make your own standards before recommending customers. To maintain your image.

Rooms. And Bathroom in particular is poorly designed.. A small size room is banded as Superior..

We had breakfast and dinner every day at the hotel restaurant, both meals were great every time, staff was very polite and cooperative. Also, hotel location is too good, almost in the heart of Srinagar.

Bathroom in our room was too small, could have been bigger. Also amenities could’ve been much better.

Location of the Hotel is just perfect. Walking disctance from the Dal Lake, yet secluded to the extent that you are not hearing the noise / hustle of the constant inflow of tourists near the Dal lake. Staff & Hygiene are the other plusses of the hotel.

Having a BAR may be great add on..........however understand that this may be a task in itself considering the social set up of the city.

Everything was good about the property especially the breakfast. The chef Abrar was patiently attending to guests customization needs. The staff’s were pleasant and welcoming

The hotel is good and the room is a bit compact for the price we paid. The staff was very cooperative & friendly.The heating facility & the power backup worked really well too.

The location of the hotel is great and even the exterior aesthetics were really nice to be around. The staff were very friendly and courteous. A very pleasant stay in general. Would stay here again, but only if the price was half of what we paid, perhaps even lesser.

Breakfast was probably the worst part of the stay. Very limited and basic choices and for instance, the bakery options could have been much better. There was very little diversity, and things did not seem fresh. Even fresh tea was not available. The room was also not great value for money. It was way too small.

Excellent location, amazing room service and great hospitality gives you the most comfortable stay in this hotel. The bonus is the view and location. Slightly secluded, away from the hustle bustle yet close to all tourist attractions, shopping centres.

Breakfast was good first day. Looks like there was a group staying in hotel. So they had good spread. Next day, the group had left, then many things from breakfast spread were removed. No yogurt, no fruits, no butter and jam on the table and so on.

The bathroom. The bathroom. didn't have hand towels. No foot towel. There was no body wash . Toilet paper roll was almost finished. Had to keep calling housekeeping for each thing

Like other branches they should have cab facility to go for local visit also.And can improve buffet food variety.And washroom should little more bigger in size,very small in size.

It’s secluded and yet right in the city. We got a free upgrade to Suite room. However, I still paid around 20,000 Rs for a night which is damn expensive for the facility provided. Only worth like max half the price

Too expensive. The power outages that happens every half n hour was annoying
