Sizes of room are small. Washrooms are not upto mark. No natural light in rooms. Not a value for money.

The location of the hotel is far from Dal lake and Lal Chowk, but it is just 8 to 10 minutes drive so if you have hired a taxi there is no need to stay in hotels near dal lake, which is anyways a crowded area. It is a very good hotel, the room offered to me was very spacious and very well maintained i would rate the hotel above 3 star hotel, the staff is really very courteous, the rooms and the lobby area are very well maintained. The rates are much less than the hotels at Dal Lake with much better amenities.

Nothing really, the hotel is situated in a residential locality so don't expect touristy things close to the hotel though it is about 10 minutes drive from every where that you could stay

Hotel is very comfortable and calm and quiet. Facility is average but staffs are good.

Hotel fare I haven’t found is transparent what was declared at booking.com. It was more than the cost declared and also breakfast was not included here that we didn’t know.

i was not comfort with the staff, once we enter the hotel for chek in, staff was talk some thing bad about my wife there local language . so we deside to cancel booking .

reception staff was very roud and tease the guest with there local language.

Save your money and just go somewhere else.

This hotel is not in any way worth the money they ask for.Staff was not helpful with luggage neither on arriver or departure. When arrived at the room, the door was not closing properly and was ringing all the time. The sink in the bathroom was leaking. Hot water is available limited time during the day. And there was a gym right above our heads which was resulting in extreme noise at all time of day and even till late evening. Complaining did not help in any way. We were planning to return, but booked somewhere else instead.

I was refused tte accommodation with no reason. The guy at front office called his manager saying a Kashmiri has booking and he refused then after a kind of argument he allowed. Disgusting

The rooms from inside where mirrors were cracked, n on first day linen were not changed.n pillow covers too.Only on our request they were changed.

Excellent ambience, with a very pleasant and helpful staff. Location is ideal and the rooms are comfortable. The stay was nice and will definitely make use of the property again.

The dining experience was average as the focus is on groups and less on ala carte. This could be improved. Buffet had a simple and adequate menu which was good.

Room was clean. Size was okay.

Front desk did not accept card. Food was pathetic. Dinner was half cooked. Very limited options in breakfast/lunch/Dinner.

Checkin staff was considerate enough to provide us room with a view. Checkin experience was good.

Staff needs to be focused on maintaining the cleanliness. the quilt / bed cover had hair from previous customer. Apparently this was the reason why I changed hotel but same issue was there. There was issue of wall plaster chipping it must be looked into.

There was no window in the room. It was really suffocating
