Everything was amazing!! Restaurant and staff especially Davinder, he was superb and so accommodating. Can't thank him enough, as one of my sister was a little poorly and nothing was too much!Restaurant, food, service was outstanding!

Room temperature was not maintained.Freezing air was coming in the room from the balcony….. there were gaps between the door.. It was not air tight
We liked the location,cleanliness, the staff , special mention to Payel, Sunny,Inder, Jagdev and Eijaz( housekeeping).

Taj never disappoints. Amazing service and Hospitality. Rooms are clean and spacious, location is awesome and the staff is just amazing. Enjoyed each and every minute of our stay.

Property has excellent views of the Dal lake, perched up high. About 15 minutes from the centre. The staff are so welcoming and courteous. Breakfast was very good.
The views are some of the best. It is a moderate size hotel with great service and staff. The restaurant has great food and service
