Amazing stay inside a historic city. Rooms walls, decor and location. The breakfast and bar on rooftop was magnificent view over water.

This is a empty box I enjoyed everything from coffee at lobby, relaxing on roof at night after a world class dinner 2 bl9cks away. Breakfast with a view. Shops 1 min away. Ocean sounds and breeze.

Great ambiance and service, the physical layout of each room is in the old city with the historical architecture! The staff is super helpful and knowledgeable with service and diner recommendations! The breakfast is outstanding and authentic on a picturesque roof top restaurant and bar! Bar staff at night is very friendly! The city itself is an awesome experience and well done historically for tours, food, and hotel stays!

Cool unique boutique hotel on the water and embedded into the alleys of old Akko.

very nice rooms, great view on the roof. breakfast is wonderful. the waiter speaks Hebrew, English, Russian and Arabic! we had a great time. It was quiet. location right inside the old town.

Everything was good

The location is perfect. The room was big and comfortable. Spa was also great.

The manager of the hotel decided to yell at me on the phone a few days before our reservation, because he thought i was recording him?!?! I just asked politley if it was possible to change the price because we moved the days of reservations.. He then decided to lecture me about why i ordered from booking and proceeded to accuse me of recording the call! Which i didnt, and even if i did, why does it matter?! I was shocked and my sister who originaized this hotel for my birthday, called him and asked what happened, he said i complicated things and i need to call him tomorrow.. He didn't even apologise and of course i didnt call him.. If i could cancel the booking i would but half of the price was ready paid..I talked very politely, he could've said no and that would be okay. But dont scream at your customer and definitely dont accuse them of recording you.. just crazy situation.The breakfast is way too expensive for what you get, it is much better to just go to the old city and get something much better for the same price.Same goes for the resturant.

No parking at all!!Room wasn't clean. There were dirty towels under the window in room 134. The acceptability to the upper room is terrible. The t.v didn't function.

The room was beautiful - if I was designing an ensuite bedroom for my house, this would be a great inspiration. The bathroom was also wonderful.The view was amazing and access to the lounge was a lovely bonus.Breakfast was outstanding - fresh, delicious and varied. We were treated to a drink by the owner and his wife who breakfasted beside us,

I hate to say it but I could not get the TV to work, I tried for a long while with no success.At some point I needed an electrical extension cable. I asked the front desk and was given a "we don't have one". I would've expected a little more effort to be made to locate one.There was incessant hammer drilling going on in one of the neighbouring buildings. I dont know that the management could've done anything about it but it was annoying.

Really nice staff, good location for a visit to Akko. Everything is easy to visit on foot. The bar is nice in the evening too. Get a sea view if possible - it’s lovely. Very substantial breakfast.

The rooms are very nice, the staff super affable- BUT with several shortcomings , and the breakfast amazing Got Two rooms upgraded

The surrounding area through which you have to go to get to the hotel is not nice . Days before check in they started bothering me saying I had to be in early because the staff leaves . That is NOT in their. Information and when you are on vacation you go to the hotel when you finish your sightseeing not in midafternoon because people need to go home . Israel has notorious bad service in hotels and specially when you compare price/quality it is shameful the way they treat tourism after charging what they charge . Some rooms need to use stairs : also not in the info and if you have big luggage that is a problem .

There were a few minor hardware issues in the room, like shower door handle falling off, and sink did not drain properly.Did not affect our good experience in the hotel.

It’s situated in the old part of Acco across from the sea with a beautiful view and well sized, comfortable and nicely furnished rooms. The breakfast on the terrace is fresh and authentic and very tasty. The staff are very friendly and responsive.

The location is excellent. The restaurant and the food were awesome, and the view from the restaurant was magnificent.

The room was a bit dusty. The room is located relatively far from the main building. There is a problem to find a parking lot in the area

The rooms were very nice, well furnished, comfortable with amazing views. The hotel owners were really friendly and made us feel at home. A very relaxing stay and an amazing location to explore the city from.

The breakfast normally starts quite late (8:30am) which makes it difficult to utilise when on work trips. Although the owners went out of their way to accommodate us with an earlier time. An iron would have been useful addition to have.

Amazing view from the room and from the rooftop restaurant. location is great in the old city center of Akko.room is big and decorated beautifully.

cleanness - Hotel should be improved in cleanness.too much long hairs we found in the room especially in the shower and in the bed.
