Pros +

  • Staff helped us make two doctors' appointments and the loan of a wheel chair. They got us an excellent guide/driver and helpful taxis. Location in old fort-museum by a local market made us feel part of history. Our room reflected architecture of fort.
  • The hotel is sited just next to the old city; it is in an old but renovated building and the rooms reflect the charm of the building.
  • Lovely in every way--location, design, function, quality, cleanliness, friendliness and efficiency of staff.

Cons -

  • It was probably not the fault of the hotel but the driver they got us for the trip back to Jerusalem cheated us.
  • Not really: everything including the breakfast, was to our liking.
