Mercure Ismailia Forsan Island

Every thing is good

Excellent hotel excellent customer service too thanks

Everything was absolutely great too

Nothing at all Rude staff Randomly open the door well sleeping

Bath room was not clean whn we came With hair Every time u order stuff off the phone it doesn’t come RUDE RUDE RUDE RUSE !!!!!!!No options of food And even if u order nothing comes and if it does its after calling 5-6 times

This is my first visit in a long time, i was surprised with quality of service by all staff there specially selvia an youssef, room vibe was absolutely great it was so clean and comfortable. Great experience i will definitely do it again

Everything is just perfectAll the staff very helpful especially Mr Mohammed Hamdy at the reception and ant Amin in the pool

Amazing staff all across from the reception to the pool to the restaurant

Breakfast varieties were limited and food quality was average.

Location is perfect, right on the Timsah Lake. Staff is nice but the Egyptian police is a real nuisance, always indirectly asking for money. Front desk has some people who are rather slow to understand special requests.

Rooms are super tight, when I added a crib for my son, my wife and I could barely move inside the room. Breakfast is not worth the 200 EGP it costs. Order from Talabat, you'll get your money's worth.

LocationBreakfastSwingsSwimming pool

Keys to rooms are not functioningThey need remagnetizing

Only the location and the lake view

Some receptionists are not professional at all like poker face, they don’t know how to deal with gusts properly, Silvia was nice and tried her best to help us change and clean the room as both rooms were dirty!!!!

Location and the green area

Areas under reconstruction but seems no progress and had a lot of fascilities but not functioning and carpet cleaning ate not looking after

Great location, very good rooms and fantastic view

Low number of staff, small pool compared to occupancy, low options on breakfast

The staff is really very nice and keen to please you especially Rana at the reception. The location is very nice and the view from our room was beautiful as it gathered both the garden and part of the lake. After we checked out, they called us because we had forgotten my sunglasses so we went back to pick it.

The service at the Cafeteria was on the slow side, but again it was really busy.

Location

Everything is very old, doors don't close easly..room wasn't clean.

View and friendness of staff

Limitations for walking inside

Bad

the first room i checked in it was very noisy because of swimming pool day use, they moved me up on another room with lake side view, but the room is full of ants, they have sprayed it with insect killer , but the night was miserable due to the smell

New rooms in 1st floor

Pool cleaning and noise inside the room because of repairs and fixing

The staff were so friendly and helpful. The beds and bathroom were clean

The facilities are so limited. No gym, the swimming pool wasn't clean. The breakfast buffet was very limited, and it didn't seem appetising at all. The floor of the room and outside the room were quite dirty.

Staff very friedlyHotel and room very Clean and new Food very delicious

Nothing Every thing ok

location, view, breakfast, free wifi, nice staff, nice decorations

Breakfast was good with variety and choices

My room was tired and needed a good revampt. The walls and ceilings had either paint peeling or marks. The carpet was full of stains. I had to request the carpet be hoovered because there was evidence of rice on the floor. The maid was very good and cleaned when requested.
