The location is perfect.

The property desperately needs to be fully renovated. Lobby, restaurant, bar, pool area as well as the rooms need to be fully refurbished, as with this special location it deserves to be the best hotel in Port Said.

The location of the hotel was amazing, just in the middle of the city and directly in front of the Canal where you can enjoy the view of the ships and the calm water.The breakfast was nice, has all the basic needs with continuous refill.

The location is the best in the city and the views great if you select a room with views of the canal/sea. Pleasant swimming pool. The staff were pleasant also. However most spoke very little English.The rooms were very comfortable.

Breakfast was a bit disappointing. Tables were not cleared of plates by staff. Omelettes were good but the coffee was awful (Nescafe)) and there was no butter.

location only , room was under maintained, staff was not friendly and reception stafff insisted on charging more 30% more than the booking price as they quoted the price in usd at the exchange rate of the day as I was supposed to pay 2300 something I found a charge on credit card with 3095

not maintained recently, bed sheets were very used and had fabric kept coming off even when we asked to change them. maintenance work in pool was causing a loud noise, breakfast was not promptly refilled except when you ask more than once within the defined window for it besides having a very limited choice of items

Date of Stay November 27th 2022We checked in to the hotel and were upgraded by Mr Ehab the hotel manager to a suite on the third floor with a large balcony directly overlooking the entrance to the Suez Canal Stunning views from this balcony and the bedroom window of all the ships entering or leaving the canal - including the arrival of a luxury cruise ship moored directly below the hotel. Separate living room and bedroom were very comfortable and well-equipped and room service was prompt and efficient. Excellent buffet breakfast in restaurant and friendly and helpful service at reception and throughout hotel. Our only problem was that we were staying for only one night. Thanks to the management and staff for making our stay so memorable.

This hotel has a lot of potential to be one of the best spots in the world. You wake up seeing a ship sailing under your window. Staff are so polite. Breakfast is Egyptian style with some international food as well.

Very poor cleaning level all over the hotel. Breakfast service needs some improvement.

No room service. Almost a fight in the restaurant. Very noisy. Bathroom unclean. Did not clean up after last guest. Very limited selection on TV.

The location is amazing and worth visiting. It is exactly located at the intersection of suez canal with the Mediterranean Sea. It is very nice to see the view of both suez canal and the sea from your room balcony.The staff are friendly and professional. They upgraded our room to suite for free and without request from our side.I recommend this hotel in Portsaid.
