Spat Hotel Ashdod

Room was very clean. Bed was quite comfortable. A/C really helped in August. Plenty to do with the beach so close by.

The lack of attention and that was an hour and a half until they fixed the television and then they changed our room, bad attention

The hotel was in construction !!!! With workers outside and noise all the time for the renovation

Disgusting hotel

The place was under construction and dirty. The workers were drilling outside my window from 8 am. Everything was dirty. I will not recommend and will not return to this hotel.

The entire hotel is under construction soemthing i haven't been notified of.Although i purchased a room woth breakfest the hotel staff did not provide breakfest(should've come to the room) when i complainet in the reception they wanted to give me a few snacks from the vending machine. This is not acceptable and I want a refund for the breakfest which we did not recieve !

According to the locals it's considered a short stay motel, although we didn't see any evidence of that, it was unsettling,. Not really a place I would recommend unless you're on a very tight budget, room was clean the Russian girl who spoke no English was very nice and helpful. I only stayed 2 nights 2 out of 10

I was very disappointed.

The hotel is not what you see in pictures. It’s very bad looking and no one could speak English. The bed was very uncomfortable and has a very irritating sound and no breakfast no dinner and I was asked to pay almost 1500 shekels instead of 1250 shekels. My room was not cleaned until I asked

the out side of the hotel was horrible. it made me think twice about going in when I first arrived. need work done to it

the breakfast was not as in the pictures, it is taken to your room... staff was outstanding all of them and the page should state somewhere that there is no elevator, which could be difficult for older people like us to use the stairs carrying suitcases.

just not having an elevator - the rest perfect... just on the beach, clean, silent, good value for money

They are very nice people. Very friendly and kind. The room has a good size.

The place is well clean, however I still smell cigarettes everywhere =/

it looks very tatty from the outside. it seems to be situated above apartments which during my stay the one I was above had a party until 2 am.

Hello, my husband and I are disappointed, a long time we stayed here because we got a lot, clean and very quiet but we had a problem with receptionist on Friday 15, days before we had separated the room number which we got the 19 because they told us that there were 2 available, the 10 and the 19, we chose the 19, when we arrived at the hotel the lady was upset and raised her voice angrily and did not give us the solution and we did not like her treatment at the end of so much claim, Then we angrily insisted on the room and gave us the 15, but it made us have a bad time, I think it was not the treatment we deserved and should have given a solution immediately, because we had separated with time, apart there was no shampoo, conditioner and no towels, to change, we left disappointed, thank you very much..Friday 5 pm

Great location, access and parking oportunities! Room was spacious and breakfast, served in room, delicious and rich! Beach nearby!

I would suggest check sink in shower. And when we came fridce was open and watter leaked on floor, we sorted it out by towel :)

therewas never anyone on the desk to speak English or who has access to someone so whenever there was a problem it could never be resolved.My plans changed and I added two extra nights but after the first night I got a call to say cousin of mine was dying so I had to leave and go and see him and they would not give me a refund. disgraceful

they let us stay one more hour but very poor breakfast served only in room (no dining room in hotel)

they sold "sea view room" and at the check in they said there is no room with sea view avalable.there was no one that could give you answers to your complain.the only thing they could do was offering me cancel my reservation at 22:00 when i arrived to check in on friday night which they knew wouldnt happen because it was too late to go and find other room in other hotels.
