The Location

We booked a room with a double bed, but were given two single beds pushed together.The air conditioning did not work properly for heating.The bedroom lighting was not working, except for two wall lamps next to the bed.The breakfast was limited in variety and not fresh.In addition, the children’s playroom and the café were closed, which was disappointing.

The staff, as usual, were so pleasant to deal with. They honored my personal request for an upgrade and even went beyond, adding to it, to make my stay rejuvenating and relaxing. I am so grateful!!!

The room was nice and the view was great and it was a great location.

The price of everything was too high, the breakfast was low quality, the milk was actually sour and rancid.The staff in it's entirety was very impolite and unfriendly.

Breakfast was good, but expensive.Kitchen facilities: appliances were OK, but NOTHING else was provided. (I understand the problem with Kosher utensils). However, disposable plates/cutlery should be available (more than the 2 plates, 2 bamboo knives, spoons, and forks which were supplied when we asked for them. We stayed at the hotel for more than 2 weeks.Front desk staff were pleasant and efficient, and went the extra mile when my husband needed a doctor's visit.

Perfect location,walking distance to the beach and namaste restaurant and lots of little shops to walk to if you need!Staff are very friendly !

Clean and great area

Did not like the checkin time at 1800 and checkout time of 1100 on Shabbat Rate should be lower these days

The room with the perfect balcony and direct sea view to enjoy the sunsets. We were welcomed with chocolates and mineral water that were placed for us.The location is great, across the road from the beach and near restaurants and bars.The cute pool that's in the middle of the building and has sea view and a dry sauna, we spend there a full day :)

Staff are very pleasant ,view from the porch is amazing it is very close to the beach and bars and restaurants .so very very good location!

It could have been cleaner and we didn’t have a coffee machine like the last time we stayed in the hotel so that was a disappointment!

Great location and nice hotel

The staff lied when I called to extend, saying we were all set, but that wasn’t the case. When came back to hotel, we were locked out of rooms, coming to find out they not only didn’t extend our stay as requested and verified on phone, but we’re bumping up rate 500 nis more than the previous night due to their negligence at locking in the reservation at time of request. They tried to excuse this by saying rates change nightly, understandably, but failed to inform me there would be any price change on the phone.

Our check in was very laboured and difficult because the assistant didn't seem to be too bright

Room was not clean, hair in the bath, bed etc... The shower was broken and water stream was not transfering fully from bath to shower tap..

Location was great. Rooms are enormous. Microwave, fridge, sink, counter top. Large porch.

Some towels had a smell to them
