Garden Hotel

Nice design of lobby, close to event locations.

Breakfast was rich but not tasty....

Luxe breakfast, nice size room, clean and a big comfy bed!

The service was good and answered all of our complaints. The breakfast was okay.

The room does not meet the standards for room cleanliness in hotels. We had to switch a room due to an air conditioner malfunction. Moreover the safe was locked in both rooms.

Breakfast was great. The receptionist was helpful. That was it!.

It was stated that it was only 800 m to the sea...they forgot to mention that there was 2 motorways and a main railway line to get past. Also the garden was non-existent and mostly plastic grass and flowers.

The room was big and comfortable, with all the furniture you needed. The bath and shower were also very nice. The lobby is big with a lot of cosy sitting areas and plants. Children have space to run around.

The cleanliness was poor. Jacuzzi on the balcony was very dirty, not covered against rain. I wish the bathroom was cleaner. And the dining room needed better attendance.

Small intimate hotel with friendly staff, beautiful layout, great location, great food, extremely clean, and unbelievable value for the price

Could not find anything i didn't like.

The location is close enough to most attractions that you want to go to. There is parking available which is a bonus.

The stay was not worth the price, the hotel itself was dirty (there were used bandaids, confetti, dust, and garbage on the stairs and in the main lobby), the washroom in our room was dirty, most facilities are outdated, the air conditioning did not work. The pictures of the hotel sold us on the place, but they were seriously deceiving.

Breakfast was great

Room was poor, with a broken curtain that allowed light to come in early in the morning.Wedding party with music until 1 am can be challenging if you have to work the day after.

The hotel is beatiful and spacious. The room was clean.

My room was next to a highway and very noisy, plus there was a large crack in the window. The hotel is located in an ugly area far away from the town, although the town centre is easily accessible by train.

location was convenient to shopping and wedding hall.

parking was very limited and had to park far away.

20 mins from beach and nice breakfast

not very clean

The rooms are nice and clean the location is great 20 minutes walk for the sea.

There are private evens going in the hotel, the hotel do tales you about it when you order but it's much more louder then we expected.

would not go back or recommend.

it is an event hotel. not anything like it’s write up. don’t stay here if you are looking for a nice hotel in Haifa. in addition to a horribly loud party til 11:15 with horrible banging music, it was really pretty bad and I usually would not do a write up like this.

Great breakfast. Nice furnishings in the room and in hotel. Loved the garden sitting area in front of hotel.

Didn't realize location was 15 minute drive to German colony and Bahai. All worked out because bus is very convenient to hotel, so easy to get around.

I like the staff all were really polite and always helpful and welcoming

I like It all ,rooms were clean , smells good great jacuzi and great dining

It has parking, it’s very beautiful. The beds were very comfortable and the breakfast was amazing. the staff was really nice and spoke English.

The location, room size, perfect breakfast, cleaning, room service is quick and useful

No option to open the window in the room, old and a little broken accessory in the bathroom, the bad is wide but short! I'm 172 cm tall and my legs end up in the air, it is ridiculous and what about taller people? So, there are things to fix, but overall it worth the money.

Breakfasts are usualy good in israeli hotels, but this one was exeptionally good. Good variety of products, more than should be expected in a hotel of this size. The room was huge, and with a very nice mirror. The bed is very comfortable.

No wifiNo tv

No wi No tvNo separate bed as booked

A good option for a business traveller to the area.Room was big and clean with sea view, a comfy chair.Breakfast was rich and very good.Staff were really nice and helpful.

My corner room didn't get the hotel WiFi (but I didn't care)The hotel shares the building with a few businesses so it's a bit busy during the day and it's also hosting events (like weddings) which means it can be noisy till late.
