Staff was really nice and helpful. Rooms were clean.

Water in outside pool was cold.

All inclusive. The food was great and a lot o variety and mysteriously all were excellent taste even the sweets wow 10/10 . Spa was great sauna steam bath , at night the show was funny and we had a good time . 2 outdoor big pools !!! Room was big and clean ?And in general the hotel is huge and I like it . You stay and you do not want to leave

Nice musical place, for sunbathing and enjoying a veriety of foods. The staff are good , and any issues Ionna is there to solve them - She is realy helpful and looks after the guests.

pity the beach was stony not a sand beach, but the swiming pools are still there with the music and all.They do have a water park for kids but opens from the 1st of May for the summer.

My husband and I were shocked at what we saw vs the reviews we read. We have stayed at many hotels in Cyprus and this was the worst one (but shockingly more expensive). We booked two rooms for 6 people (triple rooms) and they were so tiny. I had to put the stroller in the bathroom! The balcony was very tiny in both rooms. The rooms were also extremely dated and old - paint falling off the walls and everything. The hallway carpet was gross as well. We ordered 3 drinks during the entire stay and they were horrible. Kids club hallway smelled like cigarettes so we didn’t even attempt to leave our kids there. Pros: heated indoor pool and jazuzzi that saved us because it was too cold for the outdoor pools.

Food, staff, facilities.

First of all, I must thank the staff at the Louis Patheon Hotel for their great hospitality and generosity. The location of the beautiful coastal area is perfect for long walks on the corniche. The variety of the food at the main restaurant is amazing. Thank you once again.

The gym equipment at the gym is outdated.

We love staying at the Phaethon it is such a friendly hotel.Room is comfortable with water, coffee etc replenished daily.Staff really like to talk to you and welcoming.Bus stop right outside if needed or it's a lovely walk along the seafront to Harbour.

Amazing Staff, always helpful and couldn’t do enough. Good selection of food at all meals, drinks were good quality and decent size for all inclusive.

Property is dated. Some areas have been improved like the dining room, but some still requires improvement

Loved the hotel. Staff were amazing. Food, there was a great choice and piping hot. Lots of activities for adults and kids.

Was out a bit so if you haven't got a car you need to use the buses, but there is a bus stop right outside.

Bedrooms. Not in keeping to the hotel.Hotel decor excellent. Bedrooms bland, tired , everywhere was clean. Bed had obviously been well used and dipped in the middle. Bedroom let the hotel down. Otherwise excellent

Very nice and helpful service, very delicious food

The hotel exceeded all expectations. Very beautiful territory, lots of greenery, huge swimming pools, beautiful seashore, wonderful renovated restaurant. Clean. The view from the room was just breath taking. But the most important thing is the staff. Very attentive, polite, friendly. I had a birthday and the hotel unexpectedly arranged a real celebration, starting with balloons, champagne and cake as a gift. Created an unforgettable atmosphere. For that, thank you very much. We will definitely recommend it to everyone.

The spa area still needs to be renovated, but I'm sure this is being worked on as you can see that the whole hotel has already had a lot of upgrades done

Stuff was helpful, food was very good

Facilities are outdated , or do not exist. No sleepers or any kind of toiletries and soaps in the bathroom except 1 shampoo in the shower. Entertainment is strictly for elders. Kind of boring and we were there only 1 night

The hotel doesn't provide slippers and toothbrush + toothpaste in the room.
