Luxurious Hotel with a lot of facilitates, friendly staff, located at a great location.

Food replenishment is very slow (especially in thematic dinner).

Air conditioning was not working anywhere on the property. Was told it was shut off. We had a few very hot nights. Dinner buffet was not a good value.

Great staff very friendly, we had half board both breajfast and dinner were very good. The pool team and bar were excellent. We also had a massage in the spa that was great!My girl friend has long neck they even have pillow menu for extra comfortable pillows!Definitely will come back!

On our 1st day we arrived in the evening, so we arrived to the main dining room at a relatively late hour (9pm), and several of the buffet dishes seemed missing or not warm enough.

The staff were incredibly professional and kind. My wife has several food allergies, and they handled it with exceptional care — the chef personally met with us before every meal to explain the dishes and even prepared custom meals brought directly from the kitchen. We rarely come across such attentiveness. The food was excellent across the board.I also really enjoyed the facilities — the pool and gym were clean, modern, and well-equipped. On top of that, the hotel offered great activities like wine tastings, which added an extra touch to the stay.

When we checked in , AC in the rooms was closed for a period of time and it felt too humid in a room

It is not that important but hair conditioner was not good. I didnt bring my own and I couldnt comb my hair after using theirs.

Stunning hotel and location. The property is spotlessly clean and very luxurious. The food is excellent and so too are all the staff. The outlook to the sea and pool from your room balcony is fabulous. The pool area and spa are so relaxing. We enjoyed the themed restaurant evenings which catered well for us as vegetarians.The open roof top restaurant has beautiful views and we enjoyed a special evening.

There is nothing to fault. The hotel has done everything to make it most memorable.

Wow, this hotel exceeded all expectations. The staff were very friendly. The room was amazing. Big bath, big shower. Great room service. Quality of food outstanding. I am very impressed and would recommend to stay here.

Beatiful hotel for a relaxed and quiet holidays for couples. Stunning sea and sunset views from the room (we had the room on 4 floor), delicious breakfast with a lot of options and excellent service. We had half board and one of the nights had truly amazing food experience in one of a la carte restaurants (Asian). I wish I could do all three of them ☺️Staff are very nice and helpful. A lot of small, but very nice and valuable touches.. Hope to be back!

Outside pools are not heated which makes it impossible to use/enjoy them during colder periods.Single beds are a bit too small and narrow were matrasses not super comfortable to our liking

We were lucky enough to be upgraded to the Presidential Suite which was truly spectacular.The location and walkway close by was great .Loved the sunbed allocation on the first day and service in the restaurant very slick.Cleaning lady lovely ! Very comfortable bed

I would have liked an awning on our terrace to provide some shade.

I had an amazing stay! The cleanliness of the hotel was truly impressive—everything was spotless and well-maintained. The breakfasts were delicious, with a great variety of fresh and tasty options to choose from each morning. My room was extremely comfortable, featuring a modern lighting system and automatic curtains, which added to the convenience and luxury. On top of that, the view from my room was breathtaking, making my stay even more memorable.

The bathroom was uncomfortable, and the bathtub, meant to be a luxury, felt impractical with its view of a construction site and parking lot.

The rooms are too squashed not a good view for the rooms with sea view

This is not a hotel for families with children. This is not a hotel for people who like fun and loud parties. This is a hotel that provides peace, quiet and comfort at the highest level.

Everyone was so lovely, and welcoming. Very calming and relaxing property in a great location. Only a 25 minute stroll to the harbour and loved having the promenade in such close proximity to go for a walk.

Everything was fabulous, just 1 observation would be to have somewhere people could have a drink whilst enjoying the spa facilities inside in the colder weather. This maybe something that’s already possible somewhere, but it wasn’t apparent.

1. Breakfast and dinner buffet were yummy, good vegetarian options, nice variety and drinks included2. Spa, gym and sauna included 3. Great aspect and environment, balcony and terraces were sublime4. Staff were excellent, very smiley 5. Welcome drink on arrival6. Chocolates in the room before bed - classy7. Received an anniversary gift 8. They have a pillow bar, where you can order different pillows…. Lots to love

Beautiful facilities and easy Walk to main beach area with restaurants. Lavish breakfast and helpful staff. Easy parking. Nice room and well laid out. It was our favorite hotel on the trip.

Booked the all inclusive package! Wasn't really worth it as it was only dinner included in the deal... also dinner was not.up to standards! Hotal amazing but all inclusive not worth it!
