All hotel facilities are in excellent condition. The staff were very kind and friendly. The room was clean, and the open-air bathroom was perfectly designed.

The pool is excellent. Very spacious room and bathroom. The breakfast and the view from the rooftop cafe is amazing.

The AC in the room cannot adjust temperature. The bathtub is not functioning well as it cannot hold water. The surrounding of the hotel is a bit dodgy as there are people sitting on the road at night

Everything is old. the pool is dirty. The doors are hard to close and open. It's an old villa in general.

It is very private and cosy. The breakfasts are served on the rooftop with an amazing view. Probably the highest point in that area do you can see the whole area from there - just stunning!

well sadly there’s so much to list !!! we booked for 5 nights but requested to leave within 2 hours of arriving and checked out after one night !!’so these are the key issues and problems with this property!! let me say the staff were amazing and understanding but the problems at this property rest with the owner and manager !!!so :1.Room Unclean - rooms dirty ,curtains ripped had to wear our thongs in shower moss growing on shower towels smelt dirty , hand towel freyed bed short sheeted 2. safety issues safe not secured down in wardrobe and doesn’t lock pool filter not working and scimmer box not working sliding glass doors don’t close properly to the rooms big gaps some deck boards not fixed down this property needs a good spring clean and some love and attention to detail , it also needs repairs and maintenance immediately!!!!! not sure how this property received a 4 star rating !!!As we checked out after such a short stay another couple also did for same reasons as us I feel so sorry for the staff who constantly made apologies to us and clearly see guests come and go early as we did !!! Don’t even start me on the breakfast which was included !!!! Also for a 4 star property only one type of alcohol on offer and it wasn’t Bintang !!!!!

It’s best for those seeking a quiet, beachside escape.

This was one of the most cosy hotels we ever stayed in Bali. We had a room directly in front of the pool, which was a nice experience for our son. The view from the rooftop restaurant to Jimbaran beach is maybe one of the best in the area.furthermore, at this hotel you still feel the Balinese friendliness, which is often lost at the bigger hotels

Unfortunately we had quite loud neighbors during our stay. But that can happen everywhere

Booked a room with private pool. Room was clean with a nice nature vibe for the showers. Staff was friendly and breakfast was amazing in a roof top bar with good view. Definitely worth it!

The location is really not convenient. The room is not sound proof. Their swimming pool didn't have regular cleaning. The rooftop restaurant is too hot without fans and aircon

Great roof top bar with an amazing view. Good variety of breakfast, friendlt staff. Hotel located 10 min from the beach. You can rent a scooter right on the reception.

The room has glass walls and you can hear everything from outside. No so great when others guests are up at 6am to chat in the hall and smoke. All the smoke goes into the room. They staff asked the guests to be quite and not smoke, however this was repeated again! Didn't offer to change the room, maybe because all rooms are the same .Location is 10 min from the beach, but you need to walk on a busy road with no pavements.The bathroom wasn't so clean and the faucets were rusty, with mild, drainage was with hair. Towels were with white stains, no beach towels

Felt as though the property was a little dated and unloved in general. It was a decent walk to the beach but only a $3 cab ride back up the hill so thats no big deal.

The breakfast, the people, the pool and the atmosphere was great!! The terrace innover Room our first nights and the second time we came back we had a GORGEOUS outside bathroom with a tub. LOVED IT!

The glass door did not lock in our first Room (we liked it so much that we came back the last days of our travel.) but that did not matter as our Terrace was out of reach from other.

Room was okay, not the cleanest. Walls super thin and could hear my neighbours being intimate as if I was sitting on the end of their bed (so this is for both parties if you want to enjoy freely / don’t want to hear it on the older side of the door), very run down actually — there’s better places you could stay
